Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Soon as we get the name update with over 100k names people start complaining that certain names are not on the list.

If you make a murder cult/ raider village and kill innocent people, then don't be surprised when your kids grow up and murder your whole village/cult.

I'm pretty sure you called this griefing in other comments, but it sounds like its some much needed justice.

So your logic is to stop progress in the game out of fear from dying to murderers and to become "raiders/murderers" which will stop progress for others?
Meanwhile the people you kill hopefully will spawn in your village and get some revenge.
I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but do your parents know you play this game?

"kill a griefer, become a villain?" only if the griefer has not murdered anybody.
This is to stop people from killing more than one person per life.
How do you know somebody is a griefer unless you see them kill somebody?

P.S. If i see people making heaps of weapons they will promptly die by there very own creation.

How is making heaps of weapons progress?

I think that if you murder somebody you should claim the title of villain. And if you kill a villain you should become a hero. If a hero kills a neutral with a weapon he remains hero, if no weapon then title is removed.

With each of these titles should come changes to:
-both
1. hunger drop rate.
2. appearance.
-hero
1. harder to kill "somehow"
-villain
1. way longer stun time after each consecutive kill.

each title should last until death and should show in text next to "relation"

I would love to hear other peoples thoughts on this idea.
