i got a few too!

Now with the tools decay it’s even more important to bring the tool back to where the are collected, so the blacksmith knows what the town is missing, even better if you see the blacksmith inform when a tool got broken.
When a work station like the oven or the forge is being worked on,  do NOT rush to help without prior communication, you're probably gonna mess things up and anger the one who was working there.
Also stay away from the forge when lit because it’s probable that the worker there is trying to pick something behind you to forge and you are obstructing it, or you are simply confusing him when you shouldn't.

Do NOT misplace tools that are obviously needed for specific jobs like the bowls, plates, round and sharp stone near the ovens, go get another one, make a new one, or if your task is short bring it back as soon as possible.
If you think the worker there has too many and could spare some ask before taking it. In this category also falls the advice not to change the order of tools in a workstation when it’s being worked on (usually ovens and forges), even if you have a more efficient lineup of tools it is better to tell to the person thats working there IF he d like to use a more efficient setup or if he'd like to do something else and let you do it instead and then rearrange stuff to your satisfaction.

Lastly if you are born in a struggling community (now commonplace), only try to convey important stuff like for example if you were there in past life and got killed by a bear or murdered to the east, died while bringing a cart of seeds or something important near village... don't waste people's time with unimportant info!
Asking for directions to farm, water, savanna or cacti when you can type more than three letters is a good practice... this info should be conveyed anyway by the nurse if she's just feeding children by fire or by old people about to die... to better prepare the younglings for what's coming xD.

If you are old, do NOT risk dying on the farm just to water one more carrot row, cause all your gear and knowledge will be gone... It’s better to go by fire give your gear to a child and tell them what they need to know, or what needs to be done for village and maybe find a replacement if you were the dedicated worker on what you were doing! If for example you were the trapper it’s good advice to find a boy willing to follow your footsteps, give him your backpack and inform where the snares and rabbits are. If there are no children atm inform the ladies of the job opening.

What made this game great for me was the fact that you tried to build something to make life easier for you and your descendants, to be able to afford a new player in town as your child and have the luxury of food and time to teach him/her the ways of the world, to be able to leave this world bringing a smile on a child while you equip it your gear and tell it how to continue your work, the joy of coming back to one of your villages and see it prosper and even find the traces of your contribution from your past life effords ease the workload of your family and villagers!

The game at its current state is just tedious and sad, having to remake the nesecary tools again and again while clutering everything around you with junk and having no time to catch a breath in between... all i could say to my child that didnt know how to play was "plz read online how to play for i dont have time to teach you!" Is this what one should expect upon getting a new child? to be knowlegable enough to not be a burden and a food strain? How is this behavior good for new players seeking for a new game experience?

Yeah this update is aids. I tried make it work, but everyone seems to be giving up, so I did like the others and just made sure I grief every milkweed, convert every berry to seeds, dig and eat every carrot that's seeding and make 100 bone needles.

Was already too easy to grief, too hard to cooperate, now it's absolutely unplayable.

Dude i hate the update too but no need to screw it for the 8 people still playing this build

You mean I should be the one building the sandcastle, so the "others" can have fun stepping all over it? Nah I am the one who steps.

you could just walk away... or is that to selfless for you?

i was one of Eves daughters that founded this city, she told me "child we've found an amazing spot here" and i had to agree as soon as i saw it... made the first couple of snares at that life and hunted in the NW savannas for poutches and BPs (hadn't noticed yet that there was one just above lol), by second life, the village was still quite small and quiet, born to my niece, I became a smith and made the initial tools needed for carts, exept of the saw, told my nephews to finish the job for I had no time left to make a bow and arrow. From there on things picked up the pace, third time i came the vilage was thriving, a small adobe pen had started bellow farm witch i almost finished after old man died. Next few lifes griefing spree had begun and had to deal with lots of assasinacions carrot uprootings and the like.. saw the first crown that was made and hidden it as soon as i could, for this was still a free town and wanted to remain as such! Wells had begun to sprout like mushrooms... even in the space the pen was! everyone built whatever wherever, really funny stories at this era. Then i came back few days later, and the village was now a full flegged town with multiple bells on construction, kings and queens coming and going foresters farming the western forests and the death.... so much death and mysery, it saddened me a bit to verify what i have accepted to be human nature in its core!

How about implempenting some kind of justice system; where when three or more people with an item that has the "jury" token deside that someone is guilty, then punishment protocols can be utilized for him/her?

Today i spawned in a city that was dying of starvation.
An old lady fed me a shroom and said "enjoy your last moments child " while she let me die...

Next life i spent in a bugged state of mushroom tripping the whole time!
Came to enjoy the role of the bum that is so inefficient at anything that desided to spent his life preaching he shroom cult.
That village had a serious bear problem, thinking someone lured em in and i took the role of luring em out, not fearing death and all.. though people got annoyed i was just hanging arround most of the time doing nothing inconsequential that i desided when i lured my sixth bear out to jump in its mouth after 45 min of hard tripping or so...

Bottom line, don't give drugs to children when there's no food, its evil!
