I realize this isn't the place for suggestions anymore, but I'd like it more refined before we give it to Jason, blessed be him.

I'd like to see and Adam and Eve be able to somehow make a child, that would have the effect of an egg, a baby swaddled in a blanket effectively an Item. It could require mashed carrots, and perhaps a continuous fire. Then upon your death you begin a new life as that baby, from baby stage needing to again be cared for, but also able to live a second live in another generation to continue your camp. I realize this isn't in line with the "leave for others to continue" vibe, but it would allow us to leave something much better. So many times I get to the end of my life and just think "but I want to do more!" and don't get me wrong, I will establish sustainable farming/smithing villages until I turn blue, in the hopes of being able to come across one and turn it into a fully tooled town. but being able to go from a wanderer to steel in one sitting would be very fulfilling. At the minimum let me know your thoughts?

Seems there was a huge carrot boom in the past week, now we just need a composting boom, learn the skill and pass it on. Learn, practice, and use it in mass.

I save most of mine, only been playing three days and not trying to brag. Seems dependent on how quickly you can get a fire going. The biggest killer of my children is wandering away from me / seeming to outright forget to eat when they get old enough. While on the move I do tend to leave behind child two. My best eve play through was ten kids losing number three, six and seven. Having given the rest basic tasks close to base we did well and I aged out as Grandma with a Child having had children (from scratch not premade settlement, very proud, much pride child). Since most reviews don't seem to align I'll say, I run until I see several bushes two maples and Milk thistle (most important, everything else is usually abundant in land that seems to not have been disturbed recently) I then rush build a fire, usually with my child watching in what I can only assume is wonder and disbelief. Extremely helpful in conserving energy. I watched the gamemaker on a youtube vid ( listened while playing rather) he was fairly adamant about keeping ourselves warm to save calories. The choke point for me is setting up carrots before the berries run out. Have your children carry baskets and keep them filled with berries while they work away from base, their food bar is just too small.  I hope I helped someone.

*Edit* I freaking Love this Game
