Looks nice dude! Is this a private server?

Myself and Inoox are building my one currently to see how it works in practice!

Very helpful! Been using it a lot, thanks for letting me edit too. Will continue working on it, hopefully it'll become a great resource for all smile

All in all OHOL is great fun, but also a stark lesson in man's shitty behaviour to people and environment!  I can see sociologists writing papers up one day.

Interesting, perhaps carrot storage should go below carrot farm to allow for farm expansion?

Yeah sounds like good plan!

Trying to update with each cell representing 4 grid squares now. Ratio of 1:1 would be too complicated I think.

Hey everyone,

Been thinking about the best way to layout village and general housekeeping rules, often I find villages being well kitted out but they are littered with so much stuff it becomes a nightmare in regards to efficiency. I feel a neater carefully planned place will enable everything to move quicker and hopefully stop overuse of materials to create too many duplicate tools etc.

The spreadsheet is very rough, cells aren't representative of one grid square - Open to opinions on how best to display this. I tried to put relevant zones near each other, I.E. Rabbit meat splits with clothes making and pie making. Also would be nice to have a few grid squares as buffer zones? smile

Storage zones would ideally be wooden boxes/baskets, empty baskets shouldn't be filled/taken if they are in a particular zone, basket storage zone is for anyone wishing to take baskets out for gathering.

Opinions and thoughts welcome!
