Nah, a village with a pro would never die out
I don't know why anyone who wasn't sadistic would claim such, so I'll take your word? Idk
Thanks, that was actually helpful!
I don't know why SuperFun is doing what she is, as a matter of fact I am starting to question if she is sadistic, though that is a very strong term, and probably not the case. My theory is that she is depressed or sad, and just taking it out wherever she can, which to be fair, is better than killing in real life.
I grew up in a nice village, and had gotten a cow for the place before I died. I ended up dying of old age, with a home marker in my village, yet next game, 20 seconds later, I spawned as an eve, but no where near my old village!
I thought that if you died of old age with a home marker set, you're next eve spawn would be in said village, am I wrong, or did something else happen?
Bots arent players, they are Pretty much NPCs, but with no purpose. I could understand not wanting to stop someone who plays normally, but occasionally uses a bot for reasons, but there is no reason he would want to keep a player like SuperFun playing, actually he wants the opposite.
Can you show me where this was posted?
How did you spawn as an eve? Did you die of old age there and get lucky, or just happened to get lucky with eve spawns? I have never spawned near a village as an eve, so there is no way I could know.
+support, POTATOES AND PIGS NEED USES!
Yes, but Jason could make a basic bot detector, that adds 1000000000 curse points to the detected bot, if he wanted to.
(Technically it would not be against the rules:)
Tarr, who were you in this situation? Just curious, and even if he was just a noob and not a killer, he deserved what he got.
Also, now dogs are rare, so caritinas can not easily be cleared, and if you do feed caritinas to a dog, the three babies will (hopefully) die, and three useless tiles will be left over, in order to regain one bowl
It is EXTREMELY easy to grief using pigs, to the point where i once, accidentally did such trying to find out what pork is useful for. (nothing)
My 15 minutes of fame happened when I got shouted out in this video (Andrew Baumunk) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LmXjLtqB-jQ This is a really sad 15 minutes of fame if you think about it though, for SuperFun.
(In case you are unaware why pigs are bad, there bones never dissapear, and the bowl of caritinas can not be cleaned, with the only way to clean it being tacos, which are REALLY hard to make)
Ashley had been born into a big village with corn, stew, everything you can name. Since her mother was in the middle of teaching a newbie how to make stew, she did not get a lot of attention, and decided to leave her Mom early on.
However, upon exploration, she stumbled upon a pig! Ashley knew nothing good would come of this pig, so she went to the nearest person with a knife, Henri and explained why the pig needed to be killed, in 2 word segments. However, this man was not very sound, and when her heard this, he stabbed Ashley instead, as she was trying to grief by getting rid of the pig, or so his twisted mind thought.
She was luckily saved by a nearby villager, which even knowing what had happened, did NOTHING to stop this man, instead, ignoring him. Ashley went to the village square with two, three people with knives and explained that this murderer had to be rid of, but none of them would listen, even with eye witnesses, and the man still trying to stab her when she was isolated.
With luck though, an old person with a knife died right near her, and she was able to grab said knife, and end the murderers life. But the noob villagers immediately ran to her, and stabbed her, even though she had just made justice. They than proceeded to curse her, ignoring her pleads, until she herself died.
Thank you, SuperFun, and he could, to any player he wanted, add 100000000000000 curse points if he wanted to, and effectively ban them.
Does ANYONE here have the guts to ban this person, at least from the forums? They have started a ridiculous amount of threads over there "botting" and are hurting the forums overall. I feel like a person has to try to get banned from the forums in order to actually get banned, and she is getting closer to that than she should be able to.
I think that the mother was wrong for killing you for putting dung in the temple, but the child was not, other than wasting wood.
Even x090xx was better than this.
I think Donkytown is a great temporary solution, as things are out of hand with greifing, but what they are doing really is not a bot, I will admit. Perhaps I am more upsetted by how reluctant the forum is to punish someone who admits to botting for the wrong reasons, but that is a different story. As bots are really not an issue that could not be solved with some macro patch, I feel they should perhaps not be fixated on much, as they are not yet that much of a problem.
Good point, as glitches do hurt whole servers, and I will not deny that. However, botting could become threatening to everyone in the game at a point, if enough bots are active in order to significantly impact the game. I suppose this is not happening yet, but it is better to solve a problem sooner than later.
I am sorry about the bias, but botting is much more threatening than the bear glitch, as it is an external feature that has players play the game when they are not, which is useless besides greifing and donkytown. The bear glitch is a problem with the actual game, and not external features, and the zoom mod very well could be banned, Jason just decided to let it slide:)
(My mistake about Santan)
Since Donkytown came out, a certain person came out and started botting in order to successfully leave Donkytown, during which time said person had inevitably spam botted on the main server, for at least a small amount of time. This has sparked interest in simple and complex botting all over the forums, but while it is clearly frowned upon, we have not been given a clear answer: Is Botting Punishable?
The awnser to this is clearly yes to a certain extent, as it is a feature that causes nothing but harm to the game and could destroy it en mass, but if such is true, shouldn't bots as a whole be banned as well, whether as severe as Santan, or as lowly as escaping Donkytown? I understand that you have been trying to avoid this issue but it will eventually become more severe than it is now, regardless. I feel a great start to this would be to give out at least temporary bans to the people who have admitted to botting for bad reasons, as it would be making a statement to other botters. (and forum-trolls. . .)
And that was a BASIC VILLAGE!!! CMON, YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT. If you're gonna be a greifer, try to take bigger towns down, not noob-camps.
Yes, he just needs to ban this person from the forums and get a basic bot system in place.
