So many forum members are dipping and now Tarr? whyyy
lol no this update is just garbage and unlivable
in goes against everything the game was built on.
Tons of iron gets wasted on failed eve civ's so this is bs we need WAAAY more iron to make this viable.
it was in plane sight
edit: and by that i mean, he wouldn't have needed me to find it, Tarr. It was right there, north-west of the camp, open to anyone to enter. you don't have to pretend this is serious, or that you're worth more than any other player.
We all spent a damn long time on it not just him. It fucking sucks knowing ur hardwork is gone because of a troll.
Yea there spreading and have booming populations. They feel more like towns than even before the rift update.
No family legacies no long family history to be made just prison and eventual death to no iron.
If you get it you get it.

This is my response to Lava's heartfelt story about their nomad adventure. A story of my own, from the perspective of me being her mother
[I was going for a try to explain motivations for everything and how much it meant approach idk if i did it well tho XD. But I tried]
There once was a frightened young girl, she came into the world crying, at the top of her impressively developed infant lungs. She was born in front of a hot and raging fire, in front of the fire, were three other young and frightened beings, just like her. Her mother looked sad, as a young male approached. "Only one!", he says.
Right in front of her eyes, the young girl watched as the three other children at the fire, dropped like flies, her sister clutched tightly within her mothers arms. The young man walked away appeased, as she let out a weak "F", her hunger having dropped to a measly one bar, not having much hope that it would be answered.
But, to her surprise, without the watchful gaze of the man, her mother immediately swept her up in an life saving embrace, a frown on her face "I don't like this she said", as she walked the girl to a nearby snow filled biome, unhappy at being forced to hurt the ones she had so lovingly birthed.
Safe at last, the girl mumbled "N A M E M E" her mother looked around, and said "You are Snowy" and from that day forward, the girl wasn't just a girl anymore, she was officially part of the family, she was Snowy Wolf.
Still young yet, the woman walked Snowy back to camp, and was met by the angry face of the ever so watchful man. "I said only one!", she patiently explained, that Snowy's sister had died so that I was needed, and by some miracle, this appeased the man.
He left, and never came back.
Snowy's mother rejoiced, and by then it was time for Snowy to move from infancy to childhood, her spot being instantly filled by a new brother, who was welcomed by Snowy's newly liberated mother with joy.
Snowy was glad that she had such a family, but immediately saw it wouldn't remain that way for long. She watched as her Mother and four siblings huddled around the fire, as the trees turned black, and everyone began to slowly die.
Snowy knew she had todo something!
She wasn't a mother yet, but she couldn't help but think about making sure her future children had a good, long, and happy life. It pained her to accept, but that wasn't something she could find at a home that was heading to a very harsh and rapid decline, so she set out into the wilderness, barley finding some wild food to feed herself as she left the threshold of her former home.
She knew her only way to keep everyone alive was to move, and to never stop moving.
With a snare she had brought with her, she caught enough rabbits to make a bag, she had just finished when her first child was born, as she embraced them and gave them some clothes that she had on hand that could be spared, she filled her backpack, and explained to them her nomad lifestyle.
She did her best for her children always, and whoever wanted to stay, she took care of as best as she could. She loved all of them, and wanted to show them the benefits of a nomad life. Keeping them fed with bush upon wild bush.
She was glad to see everyone grow up to be happy and healthy. Some left to pursue independence like her daughter Hannahmae, and others stayed like daughter Bethel and son Carlota[Who was taken away from them due to yellow fever way too young
]. What started small became bigger and bigger as more and more individuals filled with nomadic potential were born into the world, and were all welcomed will open arms.
She led and kept her family safe, till her very last breath, giving them everything that she possibly could, till she could no longer. Tearfully she said goodbye, she loved every last one of her crazy crew and it was a blast leading them.
She was very proud to see that her children went strong even after she met her grave.
She tried to return to them, but failed and failed. She couldnt go back, but she would never forget their great nomad migration and the memories made.
Thanks for sharing your story Lava, hope you enjoyed my response (Sorry it sucks wasn't as good as your but I tried)
Love you Bethel (And all from our little nomad fam)(PS UR NAME WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BETHANY IDK WHAT HAPPENED XD)

Amazing story Great to hear of my origins ily Snowy
As our nomadic group went across the whole map we cam across like two maple trees. They were all cut down. smh
I was Born to my mom and my name was bethel Wolf. Me, my mom and my sister had enough of our village and since water ran out, we decided to venture out into the world. As we went on, my mother and sister kept having babies and since a town couldn't support us, we went traveling feeding our babies berries and giving them baskets to hold. We went from dead town to dead town draining their berries and feeding our people. It was great. All the babies stayed because of the three baby policy which was killing them in the main towns and we went out venturing north east for greener pastures. I had multiple kids, and instead of a small group of five, we quickly turned into ten people. My mother lived a beautiful life and said keep moving right before she died, as we decided we would see all sides of the map. Along the way, we saw a mother straggling along with her two children through the savannah. When she saw our herd her initial response "was wtf is going on and wth are you guys doing?". We explained to her that we were nomads traveling to see the rifts and she quickly joined our pact.
As our numbers grew my sister died of old age with a smile on her face and I still had thirteen more minutes to live. I then became the leader of the group. We eventually picked up a cart filled with food and moved towards the west. We kept saying "forward!" and "only the strong live!" to keep everyone together. Our population stabilized as many children were not playing it smart with food or strayed from the group. We eventually came upon a desert and our only option was to cross it. This proved disastrous. Half our population died of starvation since our women kept having girls which slowed our progress, and I was old and died not before passing the rabbit hat of power to my son which was given to me by my mother.
The women who joined our group died to a bear in the desert while saying this is the most fun she had since the update and although admitting her skepticism of our lifestyle she followed by saying she loved it. I then spawned back into the tribe, this time as my daughters child.
My name was Hovannes Wolf and as we exited the desert we finally reached the western rift and came upon a feast of berries were we regrouped and quickly regrew our population. My son from the previous life then said " The weak died, and the strong lived" as he lead the herd southwards were our population then doubled. I saved a straggler and quickly joined up with the rest of the group as we praised our nomadic life and laughed at our distant cousins for living in towns which cant support them for much longer. We boasted that we embrace our children not kill them as we continued to flourish. My younger sister from the previous life then succumbed to death while praising our nomadic lifestyle. I was proud of my children and their dedication to this lifestyle. Life was great as we continued to grow our population. As we reached the southern rift we celebrated while we feasted on a ginormous berry field. we then continued to the east were we were greeted by a murder marker with a man saying "help!!!" as an arrow was stuck to his chest. we rushed north only to see an old women say "WTF" and we explained to her we were nomads. we saw a whole civ behind her and we continued north. We came across the biggest city in the world and the people "What the fuck". It was the three baby policy town.
I quickly insisted we leave but our nomadic group integrated with the people and many people were lost in the city. We lost 2/3 of our population as the rest of us continued east leaving behind the traitorous nomads who stayed in the city. By the time we reached the eastern rift, there were only five of us. Most of our people were the originals who were getting very old including my son in the previous life which I gave leadership too. we reached the eastern rift wall and started dieing as the elders said praise be the nomads or "continue northbound!!" My son who leaded our people then succumbed to old age before reaching the northern rift. We still had two fertile females and continued north only giving birth to boys. As we reached the northern rift I realized our journey our ancestors made was over. We travelled all four rifts with ups and downs but finally managed to do it. I said to my boys "now , we head west bound " But after my previous life's sons death it went downhill. Our last elder died and a bear blocked our route and one misclick sent me to my death. We only had one female left as I desperately kept slash dying to get to her. By the time I was born to her, it was too late. She went into the bear and succumbed to her wounds. I was a boy and our last female died. her boys fed me but I knew it was over. Our nomadic life which lasted five generations came to an end. At first I was sad that our people died, but I knew we finished our task my mother sent me on. I was proud of our people and how determined we where to survive. But like all good things, they must come to an end. Thank you for reading my nomadic story.
As of now the three baby policy is taking effect in the major cities due to a huge population boom so idk.
Your right 100 percent, and Jason is joking betting on the families survivial, while towns are literally having to kill of their babies because of overpopulation and Jason is just sitting back and eating popcorn.
"FUCK OFF OTHERS, I DESERVE T BE ALIVE, THEY DON'T. BECAUSE YES.".
I was in wolf family a lot of times, and it was ridiculous. People were not working, instead they were counting others's babies, threatening them and killed them.
If people cares about score, they shouldn't play, because people were literally shooting babies, stabbing babies, I went from 69th to 798th in one life. The map is small, people can easily find any village. A lot of pissed murdered babies just borned in another town and came back to revenge, in one single life I saw more than three 10/15 years old kids coming with bows to kill their headsman, and all of them were fifth, eightth and etc cousins, so I knew they were coming from another town.
There are too many people and you dont want to die? Work to get more food or travel to a better spot. Doesn't make sense be standing on the fire if you will kill your babies.
I'm not talking about you Lava, I'm talking about the people who were not working, but were standing on the fire telling to kill babies, threatening people and then getting murdered fifteen years later by the reincarnated baby.
I visited the south of the map and there are tons of wild resources, while the north is poor. But people kept killing babies, instead of working/migrate. #erafã
It might work in real life, because there is no reicarnation (I think so) and there is nowhere else where people can migrate to have more resources (at least its true for most of them, like in China), but here in the game people can migrate for free and babies will reincarnate, some of them feeling like revenge themselves.
Also, I saw a lot of donkeys (black text) killing people because of this three babies policy, when I had my second kid, I had to ran a lot, because I donkey were chasing me with a bow and devious face for more than five minutes. My luck was that my yum were high and she was old, had to stop to eat some times.

I Don't know its just food drains so fast and overpopulation.. I don't know a good solution that would not end in starvation. Most villages are overpopulated and have run out of water to quickly to even make progress so even migrating to a new village is probably a bad idea.
I saw this in a wolf town and as barbaric as it was it helped sustain the village's population. The moment the old generation died, the young ones forgot about the rule and are about to run out of berries. This should be enacted in every village to help sustain the population so a famine doesn't kill everyone.
RIP Family Tress what the hell. Make it limited not impossible for a town to exist.

lol was was top thirty after this shit I have a score of 15 LOLLLL
For me probably the greatest road system i was alive was the blondins way back they had like six cities and one small village going from north to south with one city all the way to the west not being connected. It was truly magnificent.
RodneyC86 wrote:Lava wrote:This doesn't justify killing people!! Just tell that person no, there's no reason in ending that person life. What are these morals, killing someone just because they are asking an obnoxious question.
Calm your tits. I don't kill people asking for bags. But I certainly would feel very concerned. Also, there's a group of toxic players who will remember you not giving them a bag and will say you don't love them. At that point I would just be glad they don't decide to murder me as I am working in the farm. Yes , asses like that exists
It all comes down to Rodneys point, I´m not saying I love to stab babies or that I kill a baby as soon as he starts poking clothing/bp. I´m saying there is enough evidence to justify killing strongly obnoxious babies, because they end up being troublemakers. I have enough experience with demanding babies to understand that:
a) Good players don´t poke stuff in a demanding way
b) Decent players may poke stuff once or twice and not again if said no
c) Persistent and demanding players are not an asset even if given the stuff they want and worst they end up backstabbing you and the town.So yes, based in my experience there is justification for killing babies in this game.
A babies life is super boring and some babies do run around or spam poke something. Does this mean they grow up to be bad people? for me its most likely no. The only time i wouldn't stand up to a baby murder is if the baby is spamming whistle and sick emotes and even then i would probably tolerate.
arkajalka wrote:sigmen4020 wrote:There are some types of babies that absolutely infuriate me:
1. Babies that constantly poke clothing. If you do that I would much rather be giving it to literally any other child than you.
2. Babies that constantly jump out of your arms to avoid being named.
3. Babies that run a marathon around town while you chase it. These kids should be starved IMO to make them learn to stay put.
4. Babies that utter racial slurs. You are probably better off without those in pretty much any situation.
5. Babies that poke weapons. Too shifty.
I would usually not kill these types of babies unless I get the support of the town. I will only kill someone in town as a last resort, because it usually causes a lot of unnecessary drama.
Im a clothes swapper, hat, pants you name it. Love to show the wiener most as a boy. If theres clothes laying around in the proximity, why not put it on baby, it will eat less, cry less and cloth being on baby will get some clutter outta floor.
I usually run around the fire too(people over feed kids hard, i can stop for food or say F). Also you can heat control and check the town out as a baby. The fire is hot and you need to cool down so might aswell check out what you dealing with. If the town is blessed with balls its whole different playground. Also its not racist if you black, my nigga.
Ofc this only applies to town fire situations. Am not gonna make my moms life harder if she actually working on something, but the drama squad on the fire needs atleast some activity around there than constant bable.
Babies are supposed to be irritating. They are constantly crying, worthles human being that are only good for throwing balls. If you wanna throw the stab then go for it. Its your loss. Usually the irritating=active babyes are actually super capable players who just want to get their hands dirty and get to work.
Okay, I’m not saying that I don’t give babies spare clothing. But I’m more inclined to give said clothing to the patient babies sitting quiet at the fire than obnoxious babies continuously poking clothing and spamming emotes (the ones that emit sound, I don’t mind spamming of silent emotes).
In my personal experience the hard workers you want aren’t the babies making you chase them to feed, but rather the quiet babies that know to say f at two food bars. And as I mentioned at the end that I rarely kill even the troublesome babies because it’s not worth the drama it causes.
Well good you shouldn't kill babies unlike testo who would for them asking.
Lava wrote:NO there is no reason to kill babies no matter what. Why is this a discussion? Just because a baby is trying to pass time by poking items doesn't mean it has to be put down that's stupid. Besides abortion is while it is a fetus or embryo not outside the womb. Its just murder and you treat murder as you would anything else if it was unjustified.
Comparing killing babies to real life issues is pretty silly considering you are playing a video game. Unlike real life, abortion is not even an option in this game since the babies immediately pop out with no pregnancy timer. As a rule if someone is troublesome as a baby in this game, they will usually also be trouble as an adult. Are you going to change the players behavior in the span of an hour? Good luck with that.
Also killing a baby isn’t even that much of an inconvenience for the person playing as the baby. Considering that they have invested minimal time on that life and they can just press “get reborn”. That’s why killing an adult in this game is a much bigger deal than killing a baby.
And this is coming from someone who barely kill any babies in this game, because I don’t want to take part in needless drama around the village.
This topic is literally called abortion and moral relativism. There is no abortion in OHOL and you can compare this to real life. Your not going to kill a baby if its being obnoxious by asking for clothing. Killing can only be harmful for the family unless its a griever in which a baby isn't. If you see that three year old hiding objects then at this time it is justified for their death. Murder is murder in this game nothing else and a baby doesn't change this circumstance.
