We just gotta keep our weapons out of the wrong hands. The other day I was working on Northtown when someone with a knife killed everyone in the Main Town. This resulted in a sudden population boom with tons of babies saying that there was a griefer. Unfortunately, Northtown nearly ran out of food because our population had suddenly tripled.
Having everyone talking on discord was quite useful and it allowed us to keep knives out of randoms peoples hand.
I might finally check out this server, I've heard a lot of good things. I'd like to try my hand at making some steel tools.
Edit: Just lived my first life on the server. I was born on a farm just north of the main civ. I made a bunch of pies for them and worked on there farm. In my later years I traveled to the main camp, they were kind enough to give a tour and they even allowed me to take a steel axe home with me. People seem a lot nicer on this server (Probably because they aren't so hungry all the time)
I've done it too. Someone kept taking my crafting supplies, Basically, I'd be trying to make something but I'd need one more thing to be able to make it. I'd go out to find it but when I returned someone had taken the supplies I'd gathered. I kept telling people to stop taking things from my workspace but I continued to have my either moved/stolen.
So it took me way longer to make stuff because I had to relocate/ regather the stuff that people had been messing with. I finally caught some women taking a cartload of threads and furs, I had intended to use this to make a set of clothing. I had my little workshop separated from the stuff in the main camp and I thought I had made it quite clear that I didn't want that stuff messed with.
I found out that this woman wasn't even from my tribe and that she had a base nearby. It turned out that she had been grabbing our stuff and moving it to her camp. So I crafted myself a knife, bow and some arrows. Now as an old man I finally got my revenge, I made my way over to her camp. I started by knifing all her kids right in front of her, she asked me why and I told her not to take what isn't her's. I then shot her with the bow and arrow. I took back all the stuff and told my tribe that the thief was no more.
It's always nice when you have good kids. My kids normally just tell me to "Just die already you old bat"
For me, it's virtually never. Hell if I'm in a village I probably won't make it adulthood.
I hope they add signs to the game.
It's so sad witnessing your entire village get eaten by a bear.
Just when I think my civ is doing good and that'll survive we normally get attacked by a bear and I know that my civ is fucked.
The kids and the really Old People have less of a hunger bar so they probably shouldn't be going too far from the camp. So the old and the young could do stuff like cooking and farming or anything that doesn't require them to leave the base.

Most of the people in that organised this map have decided not to make one for other servers. Server3 is the server where we meet up with eachother to try and build a big society. However we want to keep the core game experience on the other servers (We dont wan't people to Metagame everywhere)
TLDR: There will most likely not be a map for the other servers out of respect for the games core principles of just not knowing where and to who you are born.
Yeah, thats fair. It's probably a lot of work to map out everything anyways.
I've had times where my mother got too old feed me and I starved before she realized. I normally get an "oh shit" out of them before I die. I recently found out that you can babies regular food so it's all the more painful when I starve to death in a huge carrot field.
I was born on a farm, they raised me until I was old enough and put me to work. I was told "Leave one carrot" I ate the last carrot. I got yelled at a bunch and someone says "Kill the kid" luckily they had no weapons. Eventually, the assholes died off and I had kids of my own. I taught them how to farm properly and we managed to bring the farm back from the dead. My oldest son went out to find more soil and milkweed. By the time he came back I was about to die of old age, I passed on my stuff to him and said farewell. In my last moment of life I saw someone say "Leave one carrot".
Well 9/10 times I'm born to someone out in the forest that abandons me or a civ that can't afford to feed me or just someone that sucks at mothering. That's a lot of dead babies.
Nice, I'm yet to see any of the larger settlements besides Farmers Peak and One Line Farm.
Did they try Paypal, It worked for me.
Gotta get some maps of the other servers
Yeah, seems like there's a lot of trolls right now. I had some guy steal a bow and a knife and he killed like 4 people. He was going around saying "I'm a killer" If a baby ever says that you should ditch it. Just get someone you trust with a weapon and have them guard the farms.
