They do if you feed them unshorn.  It's just in every possible way inferior to feeding lamb.

I didnt know that, thats really cool!
I still think its a bad trade.

1 bowl of berry carrot= 1 dung, or
1 bowl of berry carrot= 1 dung, 4 mutton, and 1 fleece/sheep hide

I think some people are just to lazy to clean up the dead sheep. I mean cleaning the pen really sucks, but you gotta do it if you wanna be a good shepard

Theres no reason not to stock pile mutton, the pie is good , and a biproduct of the compost process.

Worst case you can just cook it and add to the variety of your towns yum bonus.

And no yahg that guy was the only one getting in the way. I was the town shepard till i died at 50ish, after showing a kid how to do the job.

Teaching is so painful nowadays... and all the new players expect me to be able to do it in an eve camp

If only they just would..

It would've been cool if animals just kept pooping but you have to keep them alive with pasture or feed, I don't think it will happen though.

Sheered sheep that have been fed really should poop, but dont i had someone starve trying to argue with me that adult sheep poop too... that moron...

But hey once he died that sheep pen ran really smoothly. I made like 3 aprons and an assload of crap.

Pun 100% intended

My general stratigy is put all sheers in backpack> feed sheered sheep> feed baby sheep x3> sheer/ kill mama sheep>clean pen while waiting for babys to grow>?????> compost...

Ideally only one set of sheers per town should exist, and be protected with the same care as the knife. Pass down to next shepard (even a large town only needs one shepard)

Abandoned in a city, do as you please. All i ask is take it easy on early civs that abandon you. Gen 1-6 can be a bitch unless you get lucky with some seasoned helpers which is getting rarer and rarer now.

If a bear is trying to attack you and you're on an occupied tile. You're not able to be attacked.
The bear just runs to an empty tile whilst the people he purse plop items down to avoid the encounter.

Lol this has been a thing literally forever

I generally abandon 3-4 kids a life time. If i could support them all i would, but sometimes you just can't.

It really upsets me when as an eve i have three grown kids, and very little food. Then some dick i abandoned because theres not enough food brings a bear by...

#435 Re: Main Forum » So here's another thought, what if baskets broke on use. » 2018-07-18 17:47:06

Ive seen this post for a while thinking to myself "what a dumb idea", but i just thought about it and said to myself yeah.

If baskets only broke on use but not by time. It would be easier to store things long term.

So it could be an interesting idea.

Nope im very proud to say its Aurora your thinking of wink

I do love stew and stew accessories though. Its even easy to make a few crocks full in an eve camp provided you can find all the seeds early enough.

When i was a kid my parents would sometimes make "trashcan soup" that consisted wholly on things in the fridge that were on the edge of going bad.

We chopped up all the produce, sometimes some meat leftover from other meals, and threw it all in a pot to boil.

It wasnt always great, but growing up less than wealthy it was a great family meal when paired with some cornbread (which should also be a thing along with flat bread, and regular bread).

But to the point stew could have alot more potential than it has right now. Three sisters is not the only kind!

Carnitas+corn+squash= pork stew

Squash+carrot+potato= vegetable stew

Potato+potato+potato= irish special

Carrot+potato+cooked mutton= shepards stew

Or even just a trashcan variety that can be anything, and is mashed with the stomper between additions to simplify the number of objects you have to draw. Then just add water and boil!

Food quality of random stew would be weird, but would be a great way to use up the miscellaneous stuff laying about town.

I feel like some people die to the dumbest things. I feel like little tips on the death screen could over time reduce the number of deaths to dumbassery

You have to beat it once before you can play i think.

If you cant get through it you should probably just delete the game
