In fact I think we should curse already cursed players, so they keep their karma - otherwise, they play 1 life and it's back to normal (even they have 9 curses). So if you have a spare curse - keep cursing and killing them (in this precise order). They should drop the game at some point.
Neo, there is a lot of killing, just yesterday one idiot ruined a 23 generation line by killing off all women. This is needed. Badly.
A bit off topic, you guys said "marry", is there a procedure / way to marry? Or is it simply symbolic saying "Will you marry me"?
Tana, amazing tip, thanks! I'll keep that in mind!
I have reported this idiot, please do the same and we'll get rid of scum like that
Oh nice, I was the first kid who help you color the hats and made some of them!
Yes, it was Eve Fruit, they did a great job on that city once again! Too bad, the current game configuration doesn't allow to work for very long lines, like at least 50 gen, almost impossible to reach, but would be nice to develop a city more. Also, reborn in the same family is a pain in the ass, 3hr cooldown is harsh I think, why not allow people to work on the same city/family more?
"update may have affected who spawns there. " - what did you mean? Who spawns where?
I happened to be one of the last 2 people on this line, we had a huge prospering city and it could have gone for many more generations, but one fucking asshole killed all the women. Ted Shtilaire, I'm so glad you got what you deserve - a ton of curses and a blade between your ribs! Fuck you!
Now on the brighter note, when me and my old cousin were left alone, we took care of the city, cleaned it up a bit and miraculously my cousin found an Eve and a baby girl!!! A miracle! And just before we died, she gave a birth to one more. They were the future of the city. I promised to reincarnate and get back asap to the Fruit line and after around 40 newborn deaths I managed! It was incredible to see the town flourishing, full of people and expanding even more! So glad that fucker Ted did achieve his goals! I lived a full life and made a ton of saurkraut It was also amazing to meet one other guy from the old city, also reborn - Sam!
If you were there in any of those line, how was it?

Fruit line: http://lineage.onehouronelife.com/serve … &id=857330
Thanks, that helps!
Is it possible to be reborn in the same family line right away or is there a cooldown? I would have to die in other spawns, I know, but I'm eager to help one line much more than multiple lines a bit. At least for now.
Ahh, the bell tower marker, regular ones doesn't have the distance. Thanks, make sense!
Guys, you mention that you travel 3/5/8k in x minutes, how do you calculate the distance? How do you know you made 8k?
Thanks, guys!
Do I just type in server name and port in the settings, that's it?
Guys, stupid question, how can I choose a different server?
Thanks, FounderOne, this gives me hope of finding other towns. Horse is a great idea! Imagine a group of young men and women going into carriages with lots of supplies and tools and going to find and re-settle / establish another town!!!
Wow, that must ave been a fascinating world before the Apocalypse! I hope we'll get there again. Decay is a good thing though, if things lasts forever it's easy to get to the point where the game is too easy and boring. I hope Jason adds more content so we can advance into ancient/egypt/rome/greek cultures/times or maybe even medieval times.
Has anybody have any success in finding other towns in a single lifetime? I think previously the distance between them was too vast, but I believe there were changes in this. I also saw a video once, where a guy found another town literally 20-30s of running time away, which is kind of cool I think - for trading/sharing. What is the situation now? I would love to venture away with my cart and trade, but is it worth the effort?
Hey guys, I see most of the crazy awesome towns are pre-apocalypse, what about post apocalypse? I have started playing a month ago, I haven't seen any towers yet (but heard some bells), I think there is only one large town with floors, lots of food, farms, pens, some stone rooms. The rest are small/underdeveloped. By the way, do towns degrade somwhow? I mean floor, stone walls? Adobe walls crumble I think, never seen crumble though...
This helps a lot, thanks guys! Can anybody perform the surgery and can I do it on myself? Because when cut, I think I cannot equip anything? Did you guys see a lot of sterile pads around, because they are extremely hard to make, have seen somebody carrying them only once.
Wonderful answers guys! One question about the bell, if its purpose is to set markers of all people nearby (?) to direct them to that town, how does it work knowing that the distances between the towns is so vats, nobody is gonna come from a different village? That's what happened in my situation - heard the bell, got the arrow, kept running for good 45-50minutes - nothing? Can anybody then explain me, how do bells work and what is their function?
You guys rock!!!!
Steel hammer in a lifetime - that's a great milestone to look forward for, thanks!
Guys, I can't find any info about wound treatment, hows does this mechanics work, what do you need etc, can somebody point me in the right direction?
Sometimes I don't see the home marker (direction arrow), don't know why, sometimes even far away (do I have to touch it or what?). One day I was running errands away from the town and I saw the direction arrow. My bearing said it was wrong, but I followed anyway. I ended up running and foraging pretty much all my life (just out of curiosity) with two backpacks that I wanted to give to anybody. Questions:
1. How does home marker work, why it doesn't show up every time?
2. Did anybody else experience the same bug I had - wrong direction arrow?
3. I know the map is big, but how big is it? I mean, what's the point of having a map so large, that even wasting all my life I wasn't able to track any human activity (not even speaking of alive towns)
Thank you!
