after the last update I am not able to join the server. the server says "server using version number 1" ... client is 73 .... I tried to update the server again with "sh pull..." but than it said "already up-to-date" ....

any suggestions or help? I am the only one with that problem?

I think it wasn't Jason's original intention to run around murdering in the game. But he wanted to see how far a society could develop. And I'm afraid there are negative sides to that too. Without them the game would end quickly, but in the end it would also be unrealistic. So how much I loathe this kind of approach to the game so much I find it possible in order that this is possible. I would only wish that Jason imlement an update, that you don't kill with the knife or the arrow with the first hit but that you are injured first. This is even more realistic and makes it even more difficult for the murderers. Obviously it is the most important topic because it is discussed and complained about in so many topics. So anyway, I hope for an exciting further development of the game and the society that arises in the game. There will always be evil and love.

I had the same problem with my personal test-server only if the server and the client haven´t the same version ... perhaps one update worked as you liked?? .. the carrot seeds looked like deep wells and after removing one berry the berrybush looked like a bear ... ... after updating the bear gets alive ... so be carefull

Yes you are absolutely right! This is only for those people who want to have its own server to test all the things or want to play in a LAN for example.

How do you know which generation you were? Did everyone count?

The problem with the hunger rate is one of the main and I guess important things of the game. Only if all are working together a prosper community can arise. Changing the hunger rate is like cheating and my expierence with cheating is that after a while you have no fun with playing the game anymore. ... I also have a little private server to try out the game in its original form and after you have clothes it´s fun playing it with the original hunger rate.
