Theres closed in areas now and at the edges are rifts that you cant go beyond, this apparently made everyone lose their shit.
imagine leaving and blaming the developer on an update that's not been out more than a day
they good as ded
Ask them if they know how to bake, if not ask if they know how to farm. If they said no to both then ask if they are new. If they are familiar with farming make sure to give knife backpack and full clothes tell and them to plant screens of tomatoes
calm the frick down, jason's first priority should be adding a battle royale mode to get on the trend

Not sure if serious or sarcastic, so I will respond as though seriuos.
When spawning in early game villages it is tough to survive and generally score will go down.
When spawning in late game villages it is easy to survive until 60 if you know what you are doing, so score will go up.
smh
I hate it when someone dies with full clothing and backpack in middle of kitchen/smith and I have to take the items one by one outside of the building because there's not enough room on the inside anyways. At least give clothes to kids and die out of village.
I don't know why but it really gets to me if a kid is trying to do something i'm doing at the same time, like smith or baker. I understand helping but sometimes they are just in the way and make the process slower. Usually if i take up a job and see someone else that's older doing it ill just move on to something else.
When people give knifes to their son/daughter because they "trust" them. I've given my children knifes before but only when i was super old or about to get off.
I was in one town where the eve was buried and had a marked grave. Because I was related to them, when I hovered over the grave the "great" part kept repeating and went off the screen. I'm sure it was near 3,000. I wish I could have taken a screenshot, but I didn't know how to do it on the non-steam version
Also I went to donkey town for roleplaying, there was some bones there reaching 1,000.
Testo, you would need a few friends or just god teir communication.I think that is a huge part of making the game from survival to society. I think that's why murder chains happen, the real story gets drowned by the other comments. I think that making a government will be very hard to do without UI, given that rules even if everyone understands in the first place, will be gone by the next generation. Rip sorry if I ramble
Usually when I play the game, I often switch jobs or tasks without sticking to one goal for the later half of my life. By specialization, I mean for someone to stick to one thing like gathering stones for a building, flat stones for a future road, or gathering logs to create wood floors. Then someone spends some time using those products. Someone gathers the material and someone else makes goods.i'd imagine that this would have an impact on society and traveling. I remember in one of my lives after the change was made that allowed you to put cut stones in carts. I wanted to build that life and someone else helped me, we both helped fill a screen with cut stones in little than 15 minutes.
Have you ever made an engine from the iron bars to functioning diesel engine? If you had the mindset of being a smith and the materials then probably, but the most I've made was the 8 or so cylinders and even then it took two times starting the newcomen. Wouldn't be eaiser to set up 4 of them each with the different add-on?
Imagine a game where you rent a car and drive down a road to another town.

I saw a spring not only disappear but also reappear
ah, I once got bit by road kill
Haha I was Huzaifah the sister you said "we found you anyways" too. I remember I found that village early on and it was chaotic, at one point someone killing anymore eves that came it. I only lived one life in it sadly. And I remember you being town nurse. When I first got there I made the first fire and got logs and started working on smith until you got there. After then I kinda got wrapped up in having children, I think i got like two tanks of kerosine and planted a rose bush afterwards. It's a shame seeing many families fall in that village. With that many eves there's gotta be conflict. Eventually I had my son bury me next to a tree.
Step 1: make tomatoes edible
Step 2: make more edibles
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Profit
Hopefully this will somewhat fix eves just coming in and killing everyone.
I think that one of the hardest way of developing new things to combat griefers is how the griefers would use that on others.

Read Keyin's comment.
sorry should have read that first. I think the whole subject of society ideals within the game are interesting
I've been playing for quite some time and I'm amazed as how towns stay alive so long without any ruler or leader but people just know what to do and do their own thing. Most people, at least myself, tend to stick to themselves while doing a project. Since you only have an hour people that are set on a task tend to be determined to finish that, they have no time for regulations and what to do and not do or what to look out for.
If you have a crown and want to be king or queen how do you actually become a king or queen? You don't really become a monarch and rule over the village, instead people say cool and go back to working.
How do you enforce this? How do you enforce law? Everyone has a basic understanding of what to do and not to do and that's it. If you want laws, you have to teach everyone what that is, and then when new people are born you teach them that thing, and once you're dead you have to rely on your descendants to keep that going and they probably won't be that into it as you were. it's like traditions.
Going back to kings and queens, simply getting people to realize that your in this position is the hardest part, going back to how communication is important. You could have someone just run around the village shouting they are the king! they are the king! This would give you some leadership but not the ability for people to follow you.
If someone murders someone else, they are still holding the knife. How can you punish this person without getting hurt yourself. While your talking to them, they'll just stab you once the cooldown is gone. What if someone drops the knife but still runs slow and has blood on their clothing/body that would fix the whole confrontation issue. But at that point they would be ready to die and just do that. What are some of your ideas?
