Well that's such a great and tragic story, Master Greta. "Ned forgive me" as Robben last words gave me chills.
Ohh wait those one are way better haha :
Ily Moon (mom).
Aww. Ily too Star !
P.P.S : The town is officially called ColeTown, on Cole's command. Or HoneyColeTown? Honcole Town? I'd be up for that.
Hahah Cole seemed like a funny creepy guy. I think I saw his sign in one of my comebacks. I believe it was Cole Town but I could be wrong. Did he wore a crown ? ‘Cause there was a crown in the town at some point.
Could you put a link to your lineage ? I know it’s Sol but it’ll be easier to find you.
I was Brian, http://lineage.onehouronelife.com/serve … l_id=50978 from Generation 44. your daughter Billie was my grams. (never met her though)
Probably because she died at a young age !
http://lineage.onehouronelife.com/serve … l_id=53807
I was born again as one of my descendants but my mom dumped me in the desert. At first I was super angry because I recognised the town, but next I had great life as the granddaughter of Eve Astley.
I'm not sure if the Sol line will continue but with mothers dumping their daughters that's doesn't sound promising. Still, 60 generations ! So 30 after Moon and the trip to the bell ! That's way better than I ever expected.
http://lineage.onehouronelife.com/serve … l_id=50978
Wow ! I was just born as one of my descendents ! I was Miya, gen 41. I did searched the place but didn't find a monument, then a bell rang, changing my homemarker. I followed it just to see that it was taking me out of the town, so I came back on my steps (NOT AGAIN).
But it was a HUGE town ! with lot of buildings! I'm so glad I got to see where I was getting my legacy into as Moon. The people were super nice, hardworking... It was great to see.
we didnt had a bell, i think, not fully sure, was enough work in city, never went to east or south too far, but my family line seems to be hanged by a thread, as great granny was killed pretty early, so prolly your mom was lost
anyway 41 seems to be the end
Ah, you were on the side of the family that didn't left for the bell calling ! I knew my instinct was right, my original town didn't seemed great, not enough food left.
Yessss! Gj mom! We should be proud.
Yeah ! I'm so proud my side didn't die out, there was 10 generations after Moon, but to be honest, when I died as Miya, we were running out of food. So I don't know what's next.
http://lineage.onehouronelife.com/serve … l_id=49206
The last word of one of our last descendant is "Seeds?". That's means they are near a farm and asking other farmers about which row is the seed row. Now, maybe they stopped looking for the bell and made a camp but let's be optimistic. They probably made it to the town !
Noooooo, you found nothing. Argh. My life choice was a big mistake ! I was your mom, Moon ! I posted on you in "Missed Connections". Here it is :
http://lineage.onehouronelife.com/serve … l_id=49206
Star, I saw you just died. You were pretty old ! I was your mom, I had you in the wild, only with one pie, a basket, and a call for adventure. I left my village when I was just a kid, because a bell rang and set my homemarker to it. I walked all my life towards that stupid bell. We were running together but then I lost you, because I stopped to make you a basket. I continued my route and I would see marks of your passing (a sharp stone, a picked berry bushed...) with a smile.
Then, I died by a rattlesnake. Yeah, I didn't STARVED like the family tree says ! I was killed. By. A. STUPID. Rattlesnake. After walking all my life.
Please all I want is for you to tell me your story. Did you find the monument ? Was it a great town ? Please tell me. I wasted all my life for that idiotic bell but if you made it, it was all worth it.
You're saying you still have one daughter alive ? Ah great, some hope ! I'm proud of you, you lasted longer than me. Wolf and snakes are the worst !
Love you too my Star

Yeah, it suck being a male but sometimes you can adopt an abandoned child and form great relationships. In one life I watched that happened to a nameless girl who was rescued by her uncle (my big bro). It was so nice to see, they would help each other and she called him Dad/daddy. When he died and she was close to his corpse and declared “I was sexually involved with that man”. Haha. Gross, but so funny.
We all forget to mention Eve Master : “For fuck sake”
Yep, I hope it’s still going strong when I come back from work but Emily didn’t name her kid so the family name is dead, ha. But her last words are “No murder” so I assume she passed the bag with the knives and that’s very responsible of her.
Also Blade I don’t think I remember you but I also played another time in the Love family as Abaan Love. Your lasts words made me laugh as I think I remember some blue guy who was killing people/griefing.
As Aaban Love I only had boys, sadly, but I gave my clothes to Mi Love, my niece, when I encountered her at her hunting spot. And she ended up being your ancestor (as Marcy) and mine (as Stuti) ! This family trees thing sure is great.

I just saw your name pop on the Family Trees homepage ! So relieved you died of old age. I really hope you use the forums.
Here's the story : I was aging and decided to go make baskets for the big town since the floor was crowded and disgusting. I went wayyy down south, then north to come back, but instead of finding my old town, I found your new village. Oh, I was so proud. Your village seemed off a great start and you where so nice with everyone passing by. I gave you my backpack with a pie and 2 knives (I found them carelessely lying on the floor in the old town, our family was so stupid).
I started to help watering your farm, wasn't easy with one tiny pouch, then I started to get hungry, and starving... They were no food anywhere close so I accepted my fate and died. I saw you running towards me after I said "Bye world", you screamed "Mom!!!!!!!". Ah. You were so cute.
And you what's your story ? What did you do with the knives ? How were things when you died ?
I'll miss you, my little Frankie.
"Are you fat?"
-Frankie
Hahaha I noticed it but sadly I don't have any context to give
I was born in the village you are talking about ! My name was Stone Sol and you were my Second Cousin Once Removed. Our common ancestor was Anne Sol (the one with "Finish the grave..." as her last words). It appears that you were probably dead by my time, but we also had a big problem with a bear (notice my last words...). I came back to the village after a soil run, they were all panicking over a bear who was already hit by two arrows. Problem is, we didn't have more. So we ran finding materials for one last arrow (I went looking for a feather) but by the time we were all ready, the stupid bear was gone ! With our two arrows !
We went back to work but it was pointless : no more girls.
So I decided to fill my backpack with pies and went looking for an Eve (I knew it was pointless but I hate working for nothing). I had taken ONE STEP out of the village that I was facing the bear with two arrows ! Quick, I came back to inform the one guy left in the village, but he didn't care, so I took the bow... went for the bear... found him... stepped on him instead of shooting... I was killed by a Grizzly Bear at 42.
I guess I never used a bow before and panicked at what button to click on... Yeah pretty pathetic death for me !
Thank you for your comment ! And YES, why isn't this a thing ? We certainly are not the only ones who are asking for it
I just love your weird stories Master Greta ahah.
Or should I say mom wife now ? Because I'm so SURE you were my mom in my most recent life (your name was Terry Chichester, mine was Adam). I wasn't even born for two second that you designated me as your husband. Also you said "shit husband" and "peasant" so unless you have copycats already... ! Haha you were the graveyard keeper and so angry you couldn't do your job anymore because I was making you so many babies BEFORE I even got pubes. You died doing what you love : being around corpses in your graveyard. I came to steal your backpack.
I can't be sure till you confirm, but come on. I'm so sure I recognised your style.
Hi, I was your daughter on server three.
I don't remember if you were an Eve but I am pretty sure you were. You told me the trick about not lifting your finger on the left click so your temperature stay the same, and it was an awesome find. I had a brother who lived to old age and many babies but only one daughter survived. She was named Ourania I think because I was telling her "You are our last hope" while holding her, haha. I wanted to hold her because the last kid I told she was my last hope died of starvation moments after I pressed enter.
Ourania was able to pick things up RIGHT before I had my menopause, we had so much luck ! I was so scared she'd die I would harass her to put carrots in the backpack she inherited from her uncle before leaving camp. I felt like a real mom, it was great.
When I left the farm, that you had started, was running and I had three grandchildrens (one little girl, one little boy, and one baby I heard crying in the distance). So they were at least 3 generations after you ! I wanted you to know that because that's an exploit I never got to accomplish as an Eve and I thought I would love to know if it was me.
I wish I remembered your name or my brother's or even mine but I was so foccused on surviving and keeping the family safe that I didn't.
Hoping the Sol family is still going strong !
Hearing that I made you and the people in this thread laugh made my day. Thank you
My pleasure ! Remember to check your names in the search bar, I'm sure I won't be the only one who talks about you and your crazyness, haha
Oh my ! I found you ! I'm so happy !
And I actually remember you, you were a good peasant.
Shh, shhh, I'm gonna cry !
Sorry for saying I didn't like you multiple times in my story... But, eh, who ever likes the boss, imma right ?
Thank you for telling me all this. I never knew I had such an influence on people.
The thing is, I love roleplaying in this game. And you Master Greta/Oliver were the queen/king at this. Thank you for giving me my funniest and most memorable life in this game yet. I sure hope to stumble upon you again.
To the Oliver/Master wives;
Obey master! Obey master! Feed me! Give me children! More! More!
Ohhh ! This sounds so much like another player I met in this life ! If you don't have time to read it, it was about the ruler of my village named Greta. She never wanted to get down her horse so we had to feed her ("FEED ME"/"THANK YOU"), she'd ask women to be her wives and make her babies, she wanted us to call her Master and she even ordered one of her wives to call one of her sons Oliver Jr. Maybe it was the same person ?
Sometimes it is fun to take a child and throw hin into the wildness
Dear Sir... that's not nice !
Well, that's what I thought
Don't worry you had an understandable reaction, that's what I tried to explain to my cousin Caroll but to this day she probaby still thinks you were a griefer and she was a hero, haha !
I'm pretty new too but I don't think griefer targets the babies, they must prefer killing the strongest people first. And please, don't beat yourself up for acting so quickly, it was SUCH a funny moment that I got to tell haha ! I'm still here hoping Greta find this post and discover what the HELL happened just after she died !
I'm glad now you know you body was resting in peace in a cemetary (by the knives who caused your doom, tho).
Yesterday I lived one of my most eventful life in this wonderful game and I HAD to share it with you all. I told the story to a friend and translated it for this forum and the subreddit.
I was born in what I believed was a big town once but was reduced to a few people now. My mom immediately started to dress me, I was so glad, it’s rare to end up with moms who care enough for this stuff.
She named me Peter, showed me the town and then introduced me to my sister in the berry farm. Then, she placed me by the fire and started to inform me on how things works here.
"Greta is our ruler"
I said « Ok ». I’ve never been in one but I’ve heard about towns with a king or a queen.
"So… We have to feed her. I know it’s weird, but it works"
I honestly didn’t understand at first. To my knowledge, only babies needed to be fed. And our ruler couldn’t be a baby, could she ? I said "What" to my mom.
Immediately, a lady on a horse with a cart attached appeared. I checked her name - it was Greta.
She said to me "Kid, you are going to serve me"
I responded "Okay".
She said "You have to call me master"
I said "Okay… master"
Then she looked at my mother and ordered "Feed me"
My mom took a carrot in a basket and fed it to her. It all become clear and super weird.
I checked Greta again and saw I had no relation at all with her. I thought it was weird, usually in small town like this, everybody is at least someone else cousin. At least rulers must be.
I was old enough and started to work. Mostly with wheat seeds at first, and I helped where it was needed.
I became familiar with this whole “Greta situation”. I would see her pass by on her horse quite often and watch her doing truly nothing other than ask to people to feed her, call us peasants and shout at her « wives » to make and care for babies. Sometimes, she would just be rambling about her life ("I didn’t leave this horse since I’m twelve !").
Other times, I would see her and my mom fight. My mom would say things like “You just don’t care. About anyone”, I’m not sure since I only saw parts of it. I told my mom to be careful, I was scared Greta might kill her right on sight.
I didn’t like her, I don’t think any of us did. But weirdly, I respected her for what she was able to pull off. Later, I imagined she had stole her horse from her original town, along with the three knives in her bag she never used (it actually took a long time for me to notice them) then came to my mom’s town and started ordering people around. And when a lady (or a twelve year old kid) with three knives orders something, you probably want to execute.
I was about thirty years old when my mom came to me asking the whereabouts of my siblings. I told her I had no idea. She left, worried or sad, I followed her to ask her what was on her mind. She supposed one of them had left for a better town, another might be dead due to poor survival skills, and so on. Then I noticed she start to become really old. I shouted « Oh no, mom ! » but she quietly said « My time has come » and started leaving her clothes on the ground for future generations. I stood by her side in her final moments. I told her she had been such a great mom and how much I was going to miss her ("I’ll miss you too, son!").
Greta stopped by, saw my now old mom and declared "You were a good peasant". I was going to respond something like « Oh you... » but my mom chose this moment to pass away. Both Greta and I shouted « Noooo! ». For an instant I thought she had a heart and it warmed mine. But then I realized she was just complaining about one of her wives for doing something wrong.
I lived on. While I was busy with the carrot plantation, a man with a knife arrived. It scared me, but he immediately went for Greta. She started riding her horse in every direction. The man ran away.
"Did he..." I began, not sure to understand what happened.
"He tried to kill me !" said Greta.
"Oh my..." I whispered « Where did he go ? »
"To the rabbits"
I ran in this direction. I still didn’t like Greta but for some reason, I felt loyal to her. No sign of the man at the rabbits, I returned to Greta to inform her.
Time passed after this, and it was finally Greta’s turn to die. There was some sort of gathering around her as she was aging quickly, then she was gone. All her things fell on the ground… including the backpack with the three knives.
The people immediately started looting them. I knew this was going to go wrong, and I wasn’t disappointed.
The first woman to pick a knife killed her baby with it and said « Oops ».
With the second knife, another woman killed the first, probably for the murder (and now that I think of it, maybe because it was her baby that the lady killed by accident/stupidity).
Finally, my cousin Caroll came with the third knife and killed the second woman. She said she was tired of people being horrible with knives. I tried to explain to her what happened but I don’t think she understood me.
I started to gather the knives in a basket. I explained to my cousin that I was going to hide them so it won’t happen again. When she agreed, I left with the basket and came back to inform her that I hide them in the cemetery, since nobody goes there. She thanked me and immediately started popping babies.
I rushed to dispose of the bodies, it didn’t paint a great image of us or our town. She thanked me again.
Aware that my time was running out, I went to make a few rabbit carrot pies, it’s a little tradition of mine (or OCD, you choose) that I try to hold on to on each of my long lives.
When I finished, I was really old, but glad I lived a pretty full life. I came back to my my cousin Caroll and told her to give my stuff to her kids when I die. She was grateful. Then I just stood there, listening her tell her kids what happened here. She spoke to me too, and when I began to respond I died of old age.
The screen turned black and I came back to myself. I immediately bursted out of laughter, this life surely had been to most fun, eventful and RP rich of all mines!
And I hope you enjoyed this story, and for Greta or my mom to find it!
