Complains about banningUH OH, SMELLS LIKE POST POSTING.
Also discord account of the same name banned recently for being post. Talked about the Joker on their first post on this account too.

Until we have cats and, by extension, funny cat videos, we can't really consider it the modern age.
Damm, A flawless argument.
I can't even dispute that.
You should have to link your account with the forums. Then add a computer and Internet and have that be the only way you can post.
I use the term "modern" pretty liberally. Today we're in this weird sort of industrial era but not really.
For "Modern" Era I imagine bakeries being replaced by a fast food joint, Forge being replaced by a workshop/factory. Knives being replaced by small arms and bows replaced by rifles.
Other then that probably still a murder fest with some new tools. Griefers would rp terrorists instead of cults and monarchs.
I feel like if guns get added they should work more like old combat. You spend ammo and make a loud bang sound even if you miss.
Heh mods are so kidish all the time thing is they ban you based on who ur picking on if u pick on one of their friends then ur ban lol if its not their friend meh they dgaf
Unfortunately, This looks like it was written by a child.
The devil isn't evil, They punish sinners in hell. Still a nice twist I was expecting the old "They named me Satan so I killed everyone" story.
Is their any rhyme or reason as to when Jason visits towns. I only know he has visited if I see the hat in-game.
How do visits usually play out and how do people react?
Stage 1, The initial struggle. A brief period where Eve and kids setup camp in an optimal spot.
Stage 2, Idyallic Village. A period of stability and progress as the camp is expanded.
Stage 3, Rubber crisis. The first hurdle arises, People scramble for rubber.
Stage 3.5, The merging. Families begin to merge, starting to transition into cities.
Stage 4, The Second Crisis. Again the need to upgrade arises.
Stage 5, The Rest. Thousands of years of endless suffering. Original well was depleted centuries ago. Countless fights, Just enough effort so people can survive.
Funny that only the smug selfish assholes care about being leader. Wonder why that is.

Yes, the tutorial city is still standing and with players
About 2 hours ago I was born therehttp://lineage.onehouronelife.com/serve … id=5908413
But the city was beginning to have strong waves of pointless murders ...
I found the plane in the north (without fuel)
but the stupid mechanics of the hateful skill boxes didn't allow me to do anything to put it to fly
Shame. Guess any town is relatively stable in the early days but generally start declining once the deep well dries.
Today I found out you could fly a plane to the tutorial and build a town. I was a Gary and mostly did stew, clay gathering and exploring.
Town in the tutorial has some benefits but also downsides.
Pros:
Easy Resources like Iron and Clothes from tutorial boxes.
Can use the tutorial as a shelter or reperpose the Adobe.
It isnt Succ Town.
Cons:
Requires plane and oil to settle it.
You'll need to fly in other races eventually as its too far to walk. (Kind of a pro also since it's easier to block out griefers)
Not sure if they survived but It was a nice change from cities. Big cities are more or less stuck in a grief cycle. I think planes do have a valid use if they are controlled carefully. Like far off oil production and just getting away from cities in general.
He wasn't asking what to do if somebody heals a griefer.
So why doesn't the "town" make a bigger posse?
A lone person killing a team of 2 griefers was never going to happen, right? I mean, even before the 12 vs 6 second change. So making solo killers wait longer isn't going to make things worse.
That is the other forthcoming change that will go along with this:
--If a bigger posse targets you (bigger than the posse you're currently in), you get scared and drop your weapon.
How big is each griefer team? Do they really have the whole town outnumbered?
Are they using /die to find each other? Then why don't you have them cursed so they can't be born near you for 30 days?
Are they being born in separate areas and walking to find each other? Then why aren't you using the available tools to block untrusted outsiders from just waltzing into your town? If they really have a legit reason for coming in, make them empty their backpack first, and escort them around town with an armed guard for a bit, and watch for signs of trouble.
And if you see a pair of unknown people at your gate, one with a medical apron, just nope. Target with bow, wait 12 seconds, then open the gate.
You hate property fences, and refuse to use them, which would allow you to "ban" whomever you please, in-game.... but then you want me to comb through logs and investigate individual people, hear from witnesses, etc... outside the game? As if there aren't dozens of other griefers waiting to pop up as soon as I perma-ban one?
I.e., you have a lot more power over your own fate here than you think you do. And I'm adding more power for you as we speak.
Remember griefers could have metagame advantages like discord voice chat. I think that makes gives them a huge advantage over the townies who need to talk in-game.
In-game communication is poor, especially compared to out of game communication. In-game you have to nearby and have time to type out your messages. Even in peace I have to chase some people down just to talk.
I may go as far as to say we are too penalized for killing. You say towns outnumbered the griefers but it's harder for townies to work together. Anti-Griefers don't have an army in fact the townies may even kill them.
The "Don't like it just leave" argument is a bit bias.
Oftentimes you only get a choice between two late game cities that are near identical. Goodluck leaving because your splinter lineage will either die out or run back to bell.
JasonY wrote:Not really because nobody can survive without merging with other races.
No. There is plenty of wild food, and also natural springs out there. The map is very, very large. Others have mentioned migrating when deep wells run dry before. Whether you want to do so or others want to do so, though, is likely another story.
That's not progress
I hope that you guys aren't the ones killing off brown families.
I doubt it's you directly but I think people read this thread and used it as an excuse to grief browns.
Do you by any chance know how many generations it took for the hierarchy to fall apart?
I can't imagine it lasted much more then 1.
Obviously each race is useful in certain situations. I'm gonna be mostly referring to the late game.
Whites are best in my opinion. Talk to everyone with no language barrier, Fuck specialty when you can just ask them for it.
Though jungle is nice early game for the bananas.
I also kinda hate berry bushes
that's the other thing that annoys me in big cities, you always end up with 50 bushes where at least 20 of them is nowhere near the originally planned zone, just in the place for the milkweed or carrots
every time I try to fix it, and let them rot, some toddler puts soil on it, and first, they fix the single ones which are far from anything or the group that's left to rot, not the others which are in a good place
last time I even had to kill a teenager cause she went mad over the fact that I told her not to and carried the soil back
she started to throw slurs at me and tried to pull her knife out but missclicked so I didn't wait until she kills me30+ bushes are unsustainable and ugly, and using water to dig them is not a good option since water would mean extra food, should be some other tool or a way to limit bushes, like making seeds harder to get, making bushes dry out eventually after like 6-8 uses
I agree but what can do person do against the masses.
But does survival time really show how good of a parent you are. What if the kid was raised by another, what if they got left to die and barely survived by running to the nearest person. Mum couldn't care less but some of her kids still got saved and lived a long time.
I’d personally see cars and planes get better rather than the horse cart get worse. Maybe the horse tire cart could use a small nerf, but nerfing the horse cart into the ground won’t suddenly bring cars and planes back into relevance. As it stands they would still be a huge waste of resources even with the horse cart possibly being merged. Tbh I’d rather use a regular cart with no tires than use a car, that’s how bad they are.
And that is the issue
Currently the Horse Cart is the best transport. The only real downside is they can run away and babies are a bit more difficult. But these things aren't enough to make us "upgrade" to cars.
Cars are faster and don't run away but are very expensive and require fuel. Plus they have less storage options. Planes seem good on paper but you don't really need insta travel and they are too easy to lose to be worth. Both are prime targets to be stolen.
Are we gonna be stuck with Schizo tech forever?
Cleaning up sheep pen will be easier now.
I feel like it's more or less up to the players to interact with family. There is nothing you from talking to your babies, Often they don't have perpose in the beginning so tell them what the town needs.
Civilization building does need some work. The tech tree is padded out by various limitations early and mid game. But there isn't much to do once you build a proper city.
The white's have no special biome, so they speak all languages, would whites have to wait the normal amount of time for other families? Or would they be working in all biomes immediately?
I think it would be fair to stop them from ever accessing special biomes.
There ability is already quite powerful in bell towns. It is easy enough to ask the other families to get what you need.
As anyone else you will probably need a tool slot to write a note to others.
Be cool if they could teach languages to other families.
Interesting idea. What would owning land entail, Would it prevent outsiders from taking items.
Part of me thinks that's the only way to give leaders any real power. Even if you don't support them you might join them for access. If they die unoccupied land couldnt be accessed until another claims it or eventually it goes away.
That way being exiled would actually be harmful. A coup would still be possible for corrupt leaders. But otherwise a good leader could exile griefers and prevent them from messing with stuff.
But people still probably rather live with no kingdom. Maybe you need to have claimed land before you can build more advanced tech.
But people won't take any change to the system well. May as well enjoy this thread before people come to whine.
Also be cool to get more modern ruler titles later on.
