Jason wants to change the rules of the game and make it proactive to appease a minority of players.
The Rule change should have automatically been a clearing of curses.
You changed all the rules Jason, now make it right.
No one should be cursed for 5 years after they /died to the wrong person.
The active curse totals were cleared a couple weeks ago due to a mistake. At that time, all of the main griefers were free from Donkey Town and you know what they did? They went on a wild griefing spree destroying towns, kidnapping babies, luring bears, dropping boars, killing people, and then they alternated to their alts once they started regaining curses. I think that was evidence enough that your suggestion is terrible.
I don't recall that happening and this was before the news that all curses would be here for five years. I think that the fact that everybody knows now that curses would last for five years would deter people from griefing in order to not lose their account for five years. (Responding to ru)

Here is why that's an issue, very easy way to kill families by mistake and ruins the system of being born anywhere anytime no matter the situation. I personally don't even like the /die system, it gives people too much control of where they are born.

Perhaps you should spend this energy you are putting into spamming this forum into begging your parents into buying you a new account. Maybe go wash the car, do some dishes. You could even try and explain to them how this game is teaching you a valuable lesson about how your behavior has consequences. If you manage to get this new acc then I'd recommend you'd play anonymously, be nice and don't grief. Maybe you will end up seeing the world from a different perspective and you'd be making your parents happy doing chores on the way!
The Phex mods are not working for you, nor did you pay them for services so you don't get to have expectations. They keep up Phex out passion of the game and you are the one saying all kinds of stuff there and have actively been griefing. When your character is being judged people wont care if you are pointing fingers at someone who is doing the same or worse, YOU are suffering the consequences of YOUR actions right now and that is the only reason you are here, so what other people do or might've done is not relevant in any of this.
If you are gonna be a jerk don't be surprised when people will start treating you like one.

And how does the moderation of Phex justify Rudy saying the N word. Shouldn't somebody like the phex mod tarr or yikes be on his ass for being racist. And Tarr is a mod for both so I'd expect him to be working extra hard.

I care about phex and not about griefing. In the grand scheme of things removing phex would harm both parties.

And I don't know who would suffer besides you, if I knew I would end up in dt for 5 years I wouldn't have griefed, and frankly the update was unexpected. Me being a person with one account the wise thing to do would be to stop griefing. But if Jason believes that with these new sets of game functions specifically targeted towards griefers, that I'd still grief he can keep me in for as long as he wants.

I agree partly, childbirth usually happens over an 8-month period so its abit weird to have a bunch of children at once. I don't think there should be a child limit because they got people with 8 babies out there.
