a multiplayer game of parenting and civilization building

Interestingly, seeing a murdering spree in one of my lives only happens about 5% of the time. Either I have been lucky, that I haven't played with a bad society, or that no knives have been made yet. Most of the people I meet are nice and helpful, thankfully.
Thankfully I haven't found any murderers yet in the first few hours of playing. Hopefully I don't see many down the road, haha. (It'll happen though, no doubt).
What I love is how people are focusing more on surviving than focusing more on others, except for Mothers. Many have been nice to me so far~
From the previous posts about "Religion not being invented", but being based on folklore, folklore itself is actually "Invented", invented by men.
Also for my opinion on the subject of murderers in the game, I haven't met any killers in the first hours of playing, surprisingly everyone I met are trying their hardest to survive rather than finish each other off, interestingly. Might be rare occasions?
I have just got this game yesterday, before that I didn't know anything about it other than seeing what my girlfriend mentioned and what the trailer showed.
I quickly learned about the "three rules" from the mothers that have raised me through the few hours I have played, and that alone I find is what makes this game amazing.
The fact that there's hardly any instructions how to advance in technology and how people have to share what they know is interesting, especially when it's your own in-game mother (a player) that has to relay everything to the newer generation about the village you're born in--the direction to ponds, the wildlife, where the farm is. I'm really looking forward to future updates to see whether the rules will be easier to follow or if there'll be new ones that will be crucial for a civilization/generation to survive.
The possibilities are endless. I can't wait to see where the tech tree will go, hopefully each generation becomes at least a little easier to survive over time. It seems that way so far, without being too easy, and I love it~ It's the perfect kind of challenge.
