I don't agree. I get it that you are upset, but you still got a lot of options of things to do / learn. If you know everything, have done all tattoo, all food, all tech, you can still venture out, find the other tribes, hunt (since it's a bit dangerous now) and so on.

Axes and cart are always made prior any of these items. Why ? Because they are necessary.
I think it was the point.
Not about how much of these are present in a big town, but how often you saw them in ANY town.
