I think this is a great idea! One thing I dislike about animal farming is how much of a clusterfuck it creates. Having a marker where dogs will keep animals in a specific radius would make things so much easier. I might be a bit biased because I've died to not being able to escape a sheep pen because there was just too much junk around!

I agree! I was honestly surprised when I went thought getting everything for a cart horse only to see I couldn't put a stone in! Looks like I gotta find some hard working loyal kids.
Good to know! I never thought of that! Quick side question since you bring up stone walls, are there any ways to move rocks faster than by hand? I've tried putting them in a horse cart but that seems to not work. It's such slow work building those walls!

Like other games that go though updates there have been some ups and downs, but overall this game is really rewarding and fun to play and see how your family keeps things going. It's really amazing to be reborn in a city that you lived in the equivalent of 3000 game years ago. Also the link in my signature is for an easy mode server that is really nice for getting all the crafting down. I'm using it to learn all the crafting that you don't always get the opportunity to do each life.
It's really fun so far! I had to stop playing because connection was lost, but how can I join the discord?

Which I feel is reasonable, since the eve will most likely do better if she can get some things started before she has to begin childcare.
I probably just got the best spawn as an Eve I've ever seen in my life. Massive amount of berries, water and rabbits/carrots not to far from where I decided to build home. Me and my two sons managed to get everything we needed for a farm and smiting in under 40 mins. But none of it mattered because every other baby I had took off the second they spawned in and I became too old before I had a girl. I've noticed this a lot happening when I play as an Eve, what's the deal? Are people seriously too lazy to play on anything other than a massively built city? Or is there some other reason? Either way it really sucks and takes a whole lot of fun out of the game.
Hi! I hope this is the right place to post this.
I got the game and everything was going smoothly until I got to the screen where it is trying to download the updates. I thought the game had froze when I didn't see the progress bar move after waiting an hour, but I can still hit escape to get the "are you sure" screen to pop up. I left it going all night to see if it would do anything but I just woke up this morning to see it still stuck in the same place.
I have all the files extracted onto the desktop, so reading though the troubleshooting thread nothing seemed like the fix to the problem I'm having.
