Alf wrote:Both you @pein and @kubassa do not call each other names and stuff on these forums please
But that's the only thing kubassa does on the forum. Just check his post history. You want him to shup up or what? Asking nicely doesn't work with trolls.
And putting pein and kubassa in one sentence like this? Come one. One of the best contributors to the forum. And one of the worst trolls on the forum. Get your facts straight, before scolding somebody.
Seconded.. pein can be a dick in game sometime, but its understandable. He works really hard to see people screw it up in front of him.
Id reach for the bow too... He is one of the best people to have in your camp if people listen they will be very successful.
(Love you pein, but youve killed me as a child a few times lol)
While that k dude is just a dick even jason is fed up with... even told him to email him for a refund lol.
1. What age does it kick in? I have died at 14 and been reborn in same family.
2. How long till it expires? I been reborn in same family maybe 1.25 hours later.
Other questions....
1. Why do servers say shutting down sometimes?
2. What is the apocalypse?
3. Can you be born to your twin eve since she doesn't have same last name?
1: 30
2: never (i think might be 3 hours still)
Other:
1:idk
2:nothing atm dont worry about it. Was a failed mechanic you missed it
3: not after you hit 30. Wether they have a name or not has no bearing on the ban
At least there are SOME people that don't pretend they only kill on accident..
Quite contrary. I only kill on purpose. Each time it is to ither protect, or to teach someone a lesson. (I.E. told someone something four times yet they continue)
Killing is bad it breeds salt...but it is necessary to teach the particularly hard headed...
If youve ever seen someone openly confess to murder , explain, and say stab me if you want to a guy holding a knife. Before getting back to work. That may have been me.
Lol eve guide devolved (mabey evolved) into an intro to probability class.
This is why i follow the forums!
Alf wrote:On the other hand I'm thinking that some people might just overeat on purpose then just to stand out with their character model but that would be actually to be checked in game.
It's sorta like how all the cursed players did so deliberately. They shouldn't be suprised when they get stabbed for being fat.
Personally I'd try to give "fat" people a chance to redeem themselves and change there ways but I'd expect a lot of people to go "ohh, a sponge" and kill them.
But if they were truly a sponge then all ponds and wells would be drained.
... i repeat ...
STAB FATTY
Sponges are the worst kinda players
If you didn't... lol...
Please read the sticky thread "How to make suggestions". ;-)
Forum tends to get more exposure
Stab the fattys...
My first kill was a berry eater. Back with the old way of compost when eating domestic berrys was taboo. I told him not to sooo many times, and we had many other options.
This was before the murder slowdown too i think
pein wrote:social experiment: tell baby to say H if hungry, if still spams F then dont give a fuck about you or what you say, so you should let it die
Fuck it, I'm gonna try it and see what happens. They won't get fed unless they H, I'm guessing most will starve.
Sheeettt imma just pick a random letter for each kid... they better remember it
social experiment: tell baby to say H if hungry, if still spams F then dont give a fuck about you or what you say, so you should let it die
Omg i love that idea! Just make sure its loaded in before telling it.. i know ive been named and left by a fire before loading in properly
I abandon any that leave the perfect temp spot or are in anyway disobedient. (Wont follow, wont stay, or jumps from arms at ANY given time)
I'm rather against depending on stew as primary food source. The reason is most of the players I think don't know how to do that. You can teach them of course but we all know that teaching more advanced stuff is a dedication of your life. Once the stew is gone people would run around like crazy searching for any other foods instead of trying hard to remake that. That's why I think you always should have that berry farm so 'smarter' players could go for better foods and place would not end up as a mayhem.
Sounds horrible but i would rather have stupid people starve than sponge all the berrys from all the bushes, and do nothing...
Ill plant berrys for sheep, or eat them during famine but i refuse to plant them for berry sponges!
Ive seen it happen naked dudes standing in the middle of verry farm just eating... then when berrys run out they run around screaming f or picking up and dropping dried corn...
Ps if this is you learn to play or please just quit. Ive tried teaching some of you, but you dont know enough of the basics to stay alive for a lesson, even with a basket of food... who did the tutorial for you?
In fact as an eve camp, you can even skip all that if you're fast enough, build a kiln asap, make a nozzle, a crockpot and several bowls and plates. Plant stew veggies all that while forraging for food in the surrounding areas, wich normally should be plenty since it's eve camp, then collect eggs, and make omelettes, IMO omelettes are the best early camp food, then make your stew, and adults should be good on food for a while at camp being able to concentrate on other stuff.
If your confident in your eveing skills this is a great idea, but many people cant make a kiln, or they dont know how to make bowls / plates. Tongs are even out of their grasp. Ive seen eves use a skewer on a patch of tule reeds....
Its sad really. Especially after the tutorial was added
Ive found tens of perfect spots at three way intersections of swamp, desert, and green. Made huge farms, stew, burritos, and metal tools as eve.
While raising all the girls and a few boys... i usually hug a snake at around 50 because all my kids starve right by food...
Edit: had to add commas
Quick joke: whats the difference between a cat and a comma?
A cat has claws at the end of its paws, and a comma is a PAUSE at the end of a CLAUSE.
Yeah theres only like three dozen REALLY good players in this game right now...
YAHG wrote:So are you cursed yet?
I never get cursed even when people try.
Yeah most ppl dont get how it works...
"I curse you" is not how that works...
Its "curse (insert FULL name here)"
Yup, great job!
I only play 1 or 2 lives a day, but its a really great game!
I think a good way might also to just go onto a high number server and either twin or get born to the teacher.
If this game ever gets HUGE there should be an official mentor system.
Option: be reborn as mentor
Option: be reborn as a student
In an optimal spot with lots of mats to lend to a teaching environment.
You always end up with a hardened row. You have to add a bowl of soil, and till it to get a new tilled row.
Please dont teach kids to bury bodies it is a waste of a shovel unless they were super great citizens
I like the eve grind, but rarely have any smart kids
Do bone piles decay? I feel like that would improve the situation a lot. Regular bones before they are moved break down but bone piles seem to stick around.
They decay. I think after an hour
Turnipseed wrote:Sheered sheep that have been fed really should poop, but dont i had someone starve trying to argue with me that adult sheep poop too... that moron...
Ever thought about that he could be an older player? It is lately changed that only lambs poop.. before that, the adult on-shorn sheep pooped when feeded. So when hair and feeding, it pooped.
When it changed I had a argument with someone who told me that you couln't feed the adult sheep-with-hair anymore. I didn't believe that, because I did it the day before! But yes, it changed. Would that make me a moron? I don't think so lol.
I didnt know you could, but still the only reason to do this would be when your in dire need of 1 dung right now.
Why not get free mutton and fleece.
Can and should are two completely different things
Plus is it metric or standard lol.
(Re read your post yahg i get it now lol. I thought they were two seperate statements)
