It was basically a job, and I thought it was underrated.

I was just the village radio dj. It'll probably never happen again but it was fun bringing radio to the nursery. I was broadcasting as three dog, and had another dj working the mic, giving out murder news and singing when I was doing stuff in between.

If the city is big enough, I'm more concerned if there aren't sheep wandering the outskirts. While I'm not going to ever release sheep intentionally if there aren't, I dont kill them if they are there. The greifers that destroy the pen and let them out can actually balance out the greifers that kill the sheep. Instead of having to go extremely far by that point for a moufloun baby, you can get an sheep baby without going far or even having a bow.

Is it a leak because of the downloading or the linking aspect?

Well the data is out there, but we had to give a link to a life in order for the info to be tied to us. If someone wanted to find the fourm users Dodge or Morti for example, they wouldn't be able to find them just by sorting data. They would need to confirm a life and therefore their hash.

I mean if someone gives another person their hash they can just plug it into the family tree like their own hash right? Is it not the same kind of thing?

Yeah give it a day and it probably won't be so overwhelming. Everyone including me just wanted to mash em, so we would be ready to use them when the context calls for it in the future.

I see nobody found my somewhat hidden shrine in the south west corner of town. If that town ever gets revived we need two more in the other corners.

Last night was a rare night for me, I played like four lives in a row. I usually have to have a cigarette break after a full life or two (horrible habit, don't do it ever) but I saw Tarr get the tutorial town going and wanted to see if I could get there. I probably could have if I used the /die command, but I ONLY suicide if the mom asks me to.

The jury life was the last life of them all, and the ones before that were pretty standard stuff. I did waste half of one life trying to trap a penguin that was in the swamp part of town in a pen. I almost did until my actually productive brother built a trash pit and tossed most of the rabbit bones I was using to trap him. I wasn't mad at all though cause he was my boot bro, and I was kinda messing around.. We both had old boots.

When I was born into the jury family it was a gen 3 chaotic scenario. I cant remember my name off the top of my head, but it was my mom and aunt with their kids trying to survive. If I hadn't immediately went to forage as a child I would have been done for. I clothed myself with a reed skirt and a sealskin coat and went to work with the food situation.

Made those essential pre pen eggs and saw my mom going to hunt more seals. I grabbed a piece of flint and headed behind her. I think we were both underestimating the size of that snow biome size and how cold we were going to get. I barely made it out of there and only had one sealskin to show for it, while I lost my mom in the process. When I made it back someone was building the pen, and I went over to help them.

We cranked out that pen. When two people have an understanding of the build it can be done surprisingly quick. I scouted for the moufloun and told the main builder where they were. He told me that he didn't actually know how to catch the sheep and I was actually kinda dumbfounded. I knew how to catch sheep before I ever learned pen building and was surprised someone could learn it the opposite way. I decided to show him how and we set off with everything.

As soon as we got there I told him how we had to wait for a lamb, and we camped the moufloun. This was a very tiny biome with one moufloun, a wolf I killed when scouting, and one bear cave. Somehow the only other male in that village other than us two had either followed us or waited and hunted us. He let the bear out as soon as we were about to shoot the moufloun.

It might have been a kid i poked with a long shaft I lit and said "poke" when he was standing in the fire. He said something about killing me, but I didn't think he'd survive.

Well the bear gets let out and i scramble left and the pen builder goes right. I end up getting mosquito stung and if it wasnt for a banana tree in a snow biome right next to it i woulda been toast. when I get over my fever I go back to find that the pen builder had shot the arrow for the moufloun into the bear.. welp

We both make it back to the village and eventually we are both ready to try again, but the village is dying. This is our last hope and attempt. We manage to do it and successfully fill the pen, but it might have been too late. The village is down to five people including us, and there is only one girl. We were both old by this point and the pen builder died before I did. He didn't get to see the village finally die like I got to, and my last effort in that life was burying him next to his pen.

I hope to one day be a tutorial child. It had to have really confused the generations being born there. I imagine your average player just not understanding the circumstances and not even realizing they're in an experiment all of it's own.
