Trading with whites is always negative

They literally have nothing that other races can use and thus if they are at risk of dieing no one cares to save them.

I believe that this was done on purpose? to discourage people from roleplaying as racist crusaders.

But cant whites just have like some minor food or luxery items to trade with? That are not critical but worth keeping them alive for.

I know they have the language perk, but you cant trade language and its not a big deal to begin with, people can use a mod or a radio(also when visiting) or even a piece of paper to talk

If there's a significant imbalance that results in white families dying off then it's worth looking into. From what I've observed, families don't necessarily die off because people refused to trade with them. It's usually due to a bunch of other factors.

"Trading" as a concept is actually quite rare in OHOL, in my experience.

I'd say >90% of the supplies in this game are trafficked by players purely to be helpful. When a stranger shows up to jungle town with buckets and a knife, you tend to see people happily get palm and latex without demanding payment. Oil is delivered by drillers who usually only care about retrieving empty tanks. Biome-restricted cravings are given away freely most of the time.

Altruism seems to beat commerce in OHOL. Too many good players who just like helping fams to make trade deficits affect things.

i dont have numbers on it, so im not sure, but i dont see white fam getting to any serious amount of gens lately while the others do occasionally.
i assume due to veterans prioritizing oil/rubber races for obvious reasons and the rest mostly prioritizing good or populated towns which is again the ones the veterans are in.

biggest reason ive seen them die off to lately has been simply lack of players during nighttime(lack of females) but its the veterans online at that time including myself sometimes that may go become a high yum baby poopin machine to save a specific town(which in the case of 2+ towns on the last female) means almost a certain death for the other towns. and if i have to choose between no one getting oil/rubber and thus water anymore or no one can talk to whites anymore, its an easy choice.
