Ah! I just sent you an email, and attempted this a couple of times. This time, when I pushed "Temp Login" it worked. This is the first time it's worked, so hopefully it continues to do so... still might need to figure out what the problem is though. I'll make sure to post updates on whether or not the game continues to work...

Hi, I just got the game today and can't seem to get in. I've double and triple checked my key and it just says "login failed" any advice on what to do, I'd really like to play.

Are you sure you're using your key and not your order number?
The key should have arrived in a separate email.

Yes i did use my key but I figured it out just had to reinstall the game.
