Check your E-Mails, if you used the right E-Mail-Adress you should have an E-Mail in your inbox that contains the downloadlink.

When you download the files from your email that includes your key and download link you should have a folder eventually called OneLife_v(numbers).

In that you run the game with OneLife.exe and don't remove that from the folder otherwise it won't run.
