Tweaking the Respawn mechanic

The three hour ban shouldn't apply to babies, they shouldn't be punished for being abandoned.

Any other reasonable tweaks to the respawn mechanic?

It’s not a punishment for the babies, as they are not invested in that settlement. Instead it’s a caution to the mothers and uncles, who will not get a second chance to have that player be part of their line.

Edited because my family was likely just killed off because server maintenance.

However, I think either babies or old people should avoid the lineage ban OR just decrease the timer to two hours. Something that makes sure uncontrollable births don't screw the newest generations births.

if its even shortened to a two hour ban itll keep griefers at bay while giving the civ a chance to reproduce
