crash while downloading the update

Last update a lot of people had client crashes while updating the client.

Last update I had also a crash, but when I started the game again the update worked normally.

This update the client crashes and the update wont work.

Is there any other solution then downloading the client again?
And could you provide a download link of the actual client in the forum?

Client freezed during update. Alt+TAB not working. I've mailed replay+stdout.

how long are you waiting? the past 2 updates for me have been weird. the progress bar stops for maybe 30 secs or so but eventually finishes

Game hangs for about a minute during downloading update near 90%. No disk activity. Alt-TAB doesn't work. After Alt-TAB finally works, mouse cursor is locked into small area (vertical box few pixels wide. about 20 tall). Alt-TAB to bring back game then doesn't work either. It only blinks black screen for fraction of second and goes back to desktop. I had to kill it manually after few minutes. After restart it didn't download update, so probably finished it. Playback of recorded game doesn't display what happened.

My game goes in a loop of downloading

First the original download I had would just freeze up when trying to download the update. Then I re-downloaded the game. I got into the tutorial and tried the extra challenge, failed and got the game over screen. Then I tried to go into the tutorial again, it went back to the login screen, and it keeps going into a feedback loop of trying to update, applying the update, crashing, and going back to the login screen.

I have just downloaded the game, and when I start it up, it says theres an update, i downloads the update, tells me to restart the game, and then I click quit, and then I can't open the game again, it just says the program cannot open.

I play on a mac if that maybe has something to do with this? How do I fix it?

edit: I also tried to redownload the client, and have the same issue.
