Everyone should be able to read entire notes.

What good are notes written by elders when only elders themselves are able to read them.

Fixed.

What you read is only cut off now up to age 10.

After you are 10, you can read any length thing out loud, even if you couldn't normally say something that long.

This has some interesting implications....
