So I was looking through some family trees, checking how everyone was doing and I came across this :

Generation 1 started with a woman named Thea; not Eve Thea, just Thea. Big Sister Thea.

That means someone else named the Eve. Eve just like anyone else can be named by other players should she forget to name herself. I've personally been loading in only to find one of the people in the village has walked over and named me or accidentally walked by while naming their child.

This ends up disabling the family line from having a surname as Eve no longer is Eve ____ but is instead the chosen name.

Okay now that I didn't notice rofl. I can't explain the whole sister-mom situation. Seems something the kids are going to have to ask their father about.

But I would assume it has to do something with the random bits of lag we were having earlier today. Whenever the servers get a bit derpy the same can happen with the family tree. For example one of my daughters a few months back actually had a father.

I once tried giving myself a surname as Eve, but only received a regular name - with no family-name.

once a noob accidentally named me standing next to me cause the kid jumped
so my whole eve thing was ruined at first minute
