Screen flys into artic

When being picked up by a mother, some times my screen will fly off into the snow/artic region moving very fast. I can see my mother picking me up and feeding me, yet my screen is still zooming off into the distance. Eventually I starve.

This happens to me like once in every few spawns. Sometimes it doesn't let you starve so you quit. It isn't an arctic region, but it just goes to a scrolling quickly white screen with squiggly gray circular structures overlapping each other in different clusters.

Just experienced the same for the first time. Never happened before.
The game got really glitchy aswell for the past 15 minutes. Not sure if its lag. Feels like there are invisible people and it shows items that aren't there.
Yes I did try to restart the game, then this white screen thingy happened after my mom complained about experiencing the same kind of glitches (can't pick stuff up etc).

Has happened to me twice, the screen move away from my character at the highest speed possible and keeps moving at the same speed across unrendered areas while also incorrectly showing hunger. The first time the screen flew back but it took like a minute or two. Happened when a parent picked up me while playing a child.

Guys, this has to do with the bug he is trying to fix. Server is having lag, this is why this happens unfortunately.
He said it will be fixed a.s.a.p. check your emails, it's all mentioned there.
Not this effect btw, but the cause of it.

So bare with it, it'll be fixed soon.

Issue he was fixing last night has to do with client/server sync. I believe this is something different.
