The Fruit of Eden

If you eat the fruit you become younger, you age backwards for some years.

The bush that grows the fruit can only grow on top of the tarr monument in the center of the map.
It should be hard to create it, maybe you need to place gold or endstones in it to activate it.

Should something like this be in game? How should it work?

This would create an item that is very rare and very valuable.
good for trading? or to fight over it? who is allowed to live in the village in the center?

Re: The Fruit of Eden

It's a super cool idea. It would 100% cause the Tarr monument to be protected and fought over, which is maybe what he wants? Something for us to want enough to actually war over.

The biggest thing would be who gets to eat it? I think the best situation for it would be the last female turning 40. Even if gave them an extra year for a chance for a girl that'd be huge.

For what to sacrifice I'd say an Endstone. A life for a longer life. They're very finite and rare within the rift aswell so using one would be a sacrifice

Re: The Fruit of Eden

Makes me think of someone eating it and then aging backwards until they turn back into a baby.

Should make it so that the person sacrificed cant be a baby to stop people from doing that.
Love this idea

Re: The Fruit of Eden

Or you could just sacrifice a baby atop the Tarr monument with a golden dagger and collect the blood in a golden cup.  Whomever drinks of the bloody cup gains youth.  Might as well add an extra cost to eternal youth and make gold actually useful for something in the process.

Re: The Fruit of Eden

Im strongly against sacrificing babies. It would suck for the player being born and then dying. It should only be people that are old enough to defend themselfes

If you have a cute baby, and you dont want it to grow up and become an ugly man, just keep feeding it the special fruits so it can always be your baby <3
