I have no idea why we need 14-15 clicks to fill a bowl with berries. I always think about it but I usually not like to write posts, because I am not native speaker.
In my opinion it would be great to come with bowl to the bush and click once on it to take as many berries as possible.
And that's it! We have bowl of gooseberries!
Also maybe take other think into bowl like this,
but berries is must have.
Maybe there is some obstacles I do not see? Or game engine doesn't allow this?
What do you think?

That was already the case originally. I believe it was scrapped to prevent griefing by depleting all the bushes in an instant (and stashing the bowls away).

Jason said that he likes this to be a pain so we feel that we have to do hard work.
A moder maybe could make a script about repetitive clicks. Try using WASD of hetow , I don't have any problem spaming keyboard schortcats . I get 6 berries in about 1 second.
(Also helps with carrots)

It would be unrealistic to go to a berry bush and take all berries with a bowl.
Yes, hetuw is very helpful in things like this.

It would be perfectly realistic because we have two hands, unlike OHOL potato people

Thing is you DO use a bowl to get fresh green beans all at once ( https://onetech.info/1175-Bowl-of-Green-Beans )... But dry beans you do have to pick individually.
Is that cuz picking 1 fresh green bean would mess with the transition of it going dry?? or wuh

In finland we have this magnificent thing for picking berries.
Maybe with "advanced tech" it could be made available.
Recipe suggestion: stack 2 shovelheads--> hammer-->file-->done NOW GO MUNCH
This would bring a iron/water cost on making your life easier.

Lum is right. It originally worked that way, and it was changed because griefers were going around stripping all the bushes and filling all the bowls in town. I'm not positive, but if I remember correctly, people actually asked Jason to change it to avoid this problem.
As is so often the case, blame idiots who are so bad at entertaining themselves that the only way they can get their kicks is by screwing with people. They're why we can't have nice things.
If it helps any, once you get some practice, it's possible to pick and fill those berry bowls pretty quickly... if you have somewhere convenient to set the bowl down. When planting berry fields, always remember to leave some space for that! A three-by-three block of berry bushes makes them all easily accessible.

I wanna have transaction of Hand:bowl(or bowl of berries) - Gound:Gooseberry Bush.
It's decrease clicks 14-15 to 6, when fill bowl of berries.

Seriously though, having two hands (primary and secondary) and hotkeys would make it so much faster to do stuff.
F to apply the main item to the secondary item.
X to swap items in hands.
C to swap main and floor.
Z to swap secondary and floor.
E to swap main and backpack.
Q to swap secondary and backpack.
(Mnemonic: higher keys are for backpack)
Picking berries while holding the bowl in the secondary hand would just require aiming once, then alternating between mouse clicks and F keypresses. This would be significantly faster than even 6 clicks. Only slightly slower than 1 click with sufficient training.
The main risk is that learning by watching will be harder.

Maybe you need one hand to hold the branch and another hand to pick the berry. A lot of times picking fruit is a two handed job if you don't want to risk damaging the plant.
Also it's only 14 clicks, not 15, quit exaggerating
