Familys/Languages Spitting

So Imagine a White Family, let's say half of the whites decide to go live in a swamp near lots of jungle
and a quarter go near a desert, and another two eighths go to different winter biomes

1000 Years later The ones in the swampy jungle have become brown and speak a new language in order to adapt to the environment, the quarters near the desert also split languages and become black
and the eighths near snow become gingers and 2 different languages.

I've said this because, In reality this is what happens, Races change, Languages split
I also propose for this, once most people in a biome change, a female can say I'm INSERT NEW LAST NAME and offically are a new family

So yeah, here's some realism for you guys
