I had a brain triple-diarrhea shit expulsion today (or something along these lines) and decided that i would play OHOL again. So now i am wondering what has changed in the game since i was gone like 8 month ago so i wouldnt be unprepared for what is coming when i launch up the game

Segregation of skin tones and biome restrictions for each skin tone.. Depending on which skin tone you are, determines which biomes you can pick up and drop stuff in..

Bears, wolves, and boars can kill you even if you are standing on an object.

Also leadership had been added.

Oh, and limited tool slots.

Plowing, sprinklers.. Lots really.. Just look in the news section of the forum to read up on all the updates that's been had.

Hereditary leadership based on gene score is a relatively new thing. So if you keep your score up, you can expect to become leader at some point.

Also exile is important if you want to posse kill someone. And cursed players have black text names to help spot them. And forgiveness is allowed - so you can remove the curse if you curse the wrong person or by mistake.

Leaders and owners become one the one with highest score and leaders can exile / execute people. Posses without a leader are nearly impossible in town, so basically only the leader can kill.

You got the green agriculture revolution.

You got cravings for certain food which increases yum.
