Wheat The F
So wild wheat makes hardened rows. Meaning it takes (1 soil x1 water x1 milkweed seed) to removed them. Considering roads this makes wheat a huge obstacle.

It is not a huge obstacle. You always carry a shovel when making a road.
But I agree it is an unforeseen side-effect of making farming crops consistent.
A wild version of this crop should fix this issue, if you consider this to be a problem.
