Alright, let's suppose that BS2 is art. Art often enough gets understood as having commentary on social issues. What is the game's commentary on race?
Non-white characters have natural physical abilities that whites lack in game.
Whites have superior ability to understand language, effectively all being polyglots.
Language in the real world gets understood as a marker of intelligence, and often has been thought to be what distinguishes humanity from the rest of the animal world.
Thus, the game's commentary on race is apparently something along the lines of whites having superior intelligence to other races of people, or that such should be the case.
Both are rather preposterous.
The game also suffers with respect to the supposition that it is art, because of, as you might have guessed, it's lack of fatherhood everywhere.

I'm flying high. But the worst is never first, and there's a person that'll set you straight. Cancelling the force within my brain. For flying high. The simulator has been disengaged.

It is abstract art. Like acrylic flow painting.
