Green lines across entire screen
My entire screen is obscured by green lines even on the menu. In game some elements are purple, but the screen is still mostly covered. This doesn't appear in screenshots, and I have tried to change every visual setting within the settings. I have also reinstalled and verified the files. I own the game on Steam.

Maybe something in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\One Hour One Life\settings relating to FPS or Vsync? When I got my 1440 monitor which I think has slightly higher hHz it needed to do some adjustments but the game detected it automatically.
Open gate now. Need truck to be more efficient!
