i'm a bit disappointed. Some things are not working as intended and not every ghost turns invisible.
Also i was hoping for some deeper interactions between undead and the living.
They just keep living on, but with crappy vision.
Is this maybe a reflection of our reality ? Where old people are refusing to die while living in a nightmare, sucking up resources from the young.

Well, the implementation is a bit complicated, and there might be a few bugs to work out.
Like if not every ghost is invisible, that's a bug for sure.

Only reflection missing is that leaders are selected based on age

I played two rounds yesterday and found one user who seemed to understand the update. One time I just died at about 30 seconds after my 60'th for "unknown" causes, and the second time my age kept fluctuating between 60.1-60.5 for 7 minutes until I decided to starve. I was visible and able to continue working. Me and the other people around couldn't figure out what is supposed to happen and what is a bug. Maybe you could clarify the intended mechanics a bit? Or maybe the uncertainty is the real feature, the actual horror of life.

Well, if you could see your own age, you must have been using a mod.
Most of this ghost stuff was client-side, so vanilla client was needed (or a mod that had been updated).
