I can not download the game

I bought the game, and I have both the email and the password, but since I have only been able to download version 65, it has to be updated, but I get an error.
Taking advantage of asking for the email and the password, I think there would be no problem in that they indicate the download link.

I am having severe difficulty on trying to download this game! I am stuck at where it gives me all the downloads but no matter what I cannot get on the game. I suppose I just wasted 20 bucks on a game I can't even play, I should have been smarter. Unless someone can help, nothing is working. It won't allow me to move it to a different folder and I am forced to try to do it on Internet Explorer, I have checked it off read only.

I just want to play something I invested in.

I downloaded it too and it installs fine but won't run Have windows 10

Getting very irriated at this point ugh spent over 3 hours trying to firgure this out how hard is it to put a play button on video game
