Does anyone actually like being an Eve/born to an Eve?

I know I do, there's a lot of fun to be had trying to balance survival and growth and it's nice trying to create a lineage! But I know a fair amount of people really don't like being Eve or born to one just getting started.

I've had a lot of fun getting the beginnings of a town going and even more fun seeing my line actually get a town running even if most towns usually end up dying out for one reason or another.

What's your verdict guys? Yay or nay to being Eve?

I don't mind being born to eve, if people stick around its possible to do some stuff, but most times there are just people spawning in and running away to die

Yay. Less annoying ppl, more control and you get to name the fam. Also less violence.

I like being an Eve, but it's super heartbreaking when your grandkids turn out to be murderers. So much effort wiped out by idiots.

Yeah, that's always upsetting! Luckily so far most of the kids that I've had survive have been pretty sweet and helpful, grandkids too- I think I got killed by a granddaughter of mine once which was uh, something alright!

I like coming up with cool names but I'm not very good at delegating tasks. Something I need to get better at...

Sometimes I find a great spot, and all my kids wander off to die anyway.

Sometimes I have too many kids, and sometimes I have two.

Overall, I think being Eve can be a huge relief if you've had 15 spawns of "sorry baby, no food".

Honestly same! It's really sweet watching something you built grow and get added to! And if your family is nice you can actually have quite a nice and cute time. I had one son who fed me up until my death from old age so I could finish saying my goodbyes and promised to bury me and put flowers on my grave. Folks that stay around for an Eve are usually pretty nice!

Oh! And I think I might've been in one of your lineages at one point!

I like being Eve kid most of the time.
If they have a bad spot as a girl I will just bug out I get like 10 min to get my 3 ropes together for fire+hoe.

Its so liberating to have that extra time. I wish eves would just raise me to eating rather than letting me die. I promise I'll ran away and never come back...

as eve, i run like 10 min, if nothing good comes up i suicide or raise a daughter and tlel her she is the mini eve

as eves kid i generally check the border of the green biome, make a camp and invite them over

some of them are annoying nabs, some of them are cute nabs
i had a mom who choose the worst location ever
100 tile from any water
i made a pouch and watered a carrot
she was lost with my pouch
her last words :where did she gone?
i found a spot and went back for her to move there, was like 100 tiles away and i needed the tools i already made for her

i had fun runs saving a sister, making a camp, they were liek running in forest

i tried inviting them over, but generally is bad right away
i need a kiln, a basic farm and starting berry plantation before i do it
