i was thinking about this after noticing that when your young you do job that you do only as kid andsame thing for older players.
so my question is should there be an age = job system as one of the community rules?
and if so what order and what reasoning for it?

The kids and the really Old People have less of a hunger bar so they probably shouldn't be going too far from the camp. So the old and the young could do stuff like cooking and farming or anything that doesn't require them to leave the base.

Sure, kids fetch baskets of berries, the further from the town the better.
Their tummies are too small to do much else. When they get bigger, they should get water and soil or seed.
And only in the later ages should one start crafting things I would think.
Woman pretty much have to do the baby thing, but now with the changes, you gotta let many more of them die.
You have to literally only keep like three or you are doomed. Two boys and a girl is a good combo, as long as the girl survives.
And in the later ages, women can craft and do more advanced things, but the second they start having babies, they aren't going to stop.
So if you raise just a few well, and apologize to the ones that will die, you are freed up to do a bit of helping yourself.
So its not just age that is a factor in what jobs you do, but also gender.

When I read the title of this post, I thought that there are some RNG going on to some of our stats since the OP said "your roll".
