This would be a great thing for Jason to implement, as it stands if you are a newly spawned eve it takes forever to get to the stage where basic sewing is possible (this is partially due to the lack of milkweed, but also all of the hassles of raising children, finding food, building a fire etc.).
It makes sense, right now the bones are just sitting there taking up space, any sensible person in survival mode would consider using them.
