Can't test mobile OHOL

So, I don't know where else to get help with this so I figured I'd just post it here, hope it's not too off topic.

I signed up for the testing of the mobile version of OHOL (iOS) and to test it, you have to download TestFlight.

But when I clicked on "continue" there was a pop up that said:

"TestFlight Unavailable To use TestFlight Beta Testing, you have to be at least 13 years old."

But the annoying thing is that it says in the app store that it is 4+, but obviously that's not the case.

Is there any way to get around this? I really want to test out OHOL on the phone...

And for the record, I didn't set my age or anything on the app, it just wouldn't let me in.
