Whoops... and the capitalization clearly isn't working on those suffixes in the family tree browser!

Turns out that II is a permitted last name on the name list.  Also IV.  So maybe that has something to do with it...

Formatting of suffixes on family tree browser has been fixed.

Fixed server side to avoid mistakenly treating suffix as a last name.  Fix will go live later this week.
