[Bug] Items invisible / moved and not showing correctly

After playing a game with lots of things happening, then some items get moved but doesn't show correctly whats there. Like I try to pick up an item on the ground, nothing happens, but when I switch out item in hand with item on ground I just put down the hand item and the item on the ground disappears.

Yes, the client is getting out of sync with the server. I've logged a bug.

I took a video and fired it off to Jason yesterday. Also having an issue very rarely where a person is invisible.
