The name "Hope".

The name is dead. It's done. Stop using it.

Why? I think it is really useful to use for the only girl. When I get named Hope, I instantly know what the situation is 99% of the time.
Would you prefer Goddess? That's used like Hope too.

I am just incredibly sick of seeing and/or getting the name Hope.

Don't see Goddess nearly as often, but that's a dumb name, IMO.

I wish there was a randomize option for names so that we could expand our horizons. Instead, we use the same names over and over again.

Well, as it is truly useful way to summarize the situation to a baby, saving time from explaining, I'd advise to see it from that angle and maybe find a way to appreciate it; it saves time and resources and the baby knows the deal instantly, given they have played a bit.
And yeah, I really dislike Goddess. Pff. I'll take Hope any day. Although anything new with similar purpose is welcomed!
I like to call a "last girl alive" lives "Hope-runs". It is a "type of life" to me, a playthrough with a certain angle.

i randomize between 15-20 girl or boy names, sometimes i call the same as its not fully random but generally is ok

"We use the same names over and over again". Yes. That's called culture. I really like that we have names with meaning in the community, names that have historically been used to signify something. Hope has been around since the start of naming. It just makes sense. Seriously guys, this is the equivalent of complaining about the name "John" irl.
