I need help

I've been trying for hours today and yesterday to get the game to work. Is there a way to get my money back im really upset and tired i need a refund

i don know how to get to you one discord the links are blocked and we finally got the game to start with my brother in laws help but now when i start the game on the tutorial its like one frame  per 30 seconds

the best way to get help is to describe in detail your issue.

1 - what are you running on?  Windows (xp, 7, 8, 10) , linux, OSX, phone?
2 - briefly describe the hardware. intel, amd, on-chip graphic?
3 - "one frame  per 30 seconds" does the graphics take a while to appear or is your avatar seems to be "skipping"
