Future predictions for updates to this game.

Hey guys i'm wondering your thoughts on futures update predictions preferably something you think would be added in the next couple of weeks or months.

Some of the ideas i thought of are
A sword
Some more crops (leave your suggestions)
Some different building materials (leave your suggestions)
But please do share your ideas so we can all get more hype for future updates.

Re: Future predictions for updates to this game.

Tree farms so we make more branches for more fire for more stew
More meat types so we make more stew types
More ways of carrying stuff around such as stew crock pots
More clothing so we don't have to eat stew as often
More storage types so we can store stew ingredients more efficiently
Ways to turn salt water into regular water so we can make stew on snow

Also, remove the cursing paper. It is way too.... STEWpid

Re: Future predictions for updates to this game.

20/20 vision (double current field of view)
more character types
character creator
tree farms
digable wells
game meat = eat the other animals we can kill but currently can't eat
ice fishing
dogs
chairs to slow energy decay, and give yum bonus while eating at a table
beds to stop energy decay so we can AFK if we need to
New foods (bacon, cheese, burgers, tomato, salads, sugarcane = sugar for baking & bamboo for building)

i'm surprised you find this a good thing.

i'd like more biomes, specially if balanced like a savanah, with both early game resources and stuff for mid-late. Also would like most animals to drop meat so you could hunt them and flint and steel so you could make fire with only tinder and kindling. Maybe more clay tech too, big urns to store carrots and corn. Maybe rebalancing clothing would be good too as skins don't decay but all sewed clothing do. Yeah, and more uses for steel since it's currently one of the only few important resources towns might run out of and can't regen, I think that would create more interesting economy in the game.

most of these are I think a way to make the game less linear and help trade.

Brick or Wooden Walls

Windows

Ceramics

Furniture  (hopefully)

More advanced versons of the Kiln/Ovens and forges.

Extended mining  (Use for rail tracks maybe?)

More advanced agriculture. Heavy Plows, Grain Silos, Watering Cans etc.

Killable Cows for Beef and leather.

Sandwiches

An Internet forum and a video game to make the same suggestions as everyone else.

I expect we will see cotton, looms and cloth before long, and a temperature update to rework heat vs insulation.

Maybe even silk.

Re: Future predictions for updates to this game.

hamburgers
pump wells
ox plows
tree planting
those are confirmed

animals eating other crops
more dangerous animals
bigger biomes and more ponds with no limitation to swamps
glass and metal containers, plastic, also walls made of them, barrels, cages
better rope making- i just dont see how the game could work without that
more tech tiles like free tiles, doors blocking planting and building on front of them
possibly coal, stone, flat rock mines
oil wells

i could also imagine tracks going into mine, you push it in then you go in, disappear for a few seconds and come out with a full cart of stuff
cow hide clothes

i miss more mechanics and a bit variation on gameplay

I want each biome (except maybe arctic) to be able to sustain eve start alone. Maybe with a little help from a secondary biome.
Would be cool to have different, specialized settlements based on the biome they are in. Right now, the game feels too liniar with the technology progression.
But I guess it would be too much work to rebalance everything to cater this.
