Garfield is a valid last name in the game.

It is not a first name in the game, because no one uses that as a first name.

Except for a cartoon cat, which was named after the last name of a US President (my guess). Cats don't have first/last names. They only have one name.

"Disgusting", "Ugly", "Trash" and other insults are also not in the name and that makes me sad. I understand why, but just imagine people trying to legitimately get your attention by saying "Hey Ugly!"
Trying to call my babies things like this only poisons them against me once they get assigned a friendlier name. I wonder why...

The naming of cats is a serious matter
It isn't just one of your holiday games
You may think that I am as mad as a hatter
When I tell you a cat must have three separate names

But seriously, new first names come into vogue all the time; sometimes they are family names from a previous generation that someone liked. Perhaps just make it a generic 'acceptable names' list and let people decide if they want to be Eve Bobby or name their kid Garfield Jones.

Also, Garfield is both a surname and a given name, according to several sites I've looked at.

Garfield is also Beast Boy's real first name from teen titans (the original, please)!
I'd imagine if a cat knew its name was "Mittens" or "Snowball" it would be offended! They like to think they have a little more class, I assume.

I want more animalnames!! Lion and tiger works .. but elephant becomes elewi and giraffe becomes girl.. Coyote, rhino and stuff also didn't work. So sad!
