New food: Mashed potatoes ?
It'd give another use for butter and have potatoes be used for something else other than being baked. The tree for them could go like
Raw potato > potato in bowl of water > over hot coals > boiled potato > round/shard stone > mashed potatos in bowl > knife with butter > buttered mashed potatos in bowl
Maybe it'd have 2 uses? Completing it to the end of buttered mashed potatoes could make it add more hunger points them plain mashed potatoes.
Because as of now butter only has one way to be used, with bread. Butter bread is nice, but I think it'd be neat to have other uses for it.

how about a row of potatoes in a pot, add water, add salt put on hot coals -> boiled potatoes, add butter and mash with stomper -> mashed potatoes
I will be eve tana. If not an eve, my kids will be called numerically : Primo, Duo, Tertio, Quattro, Quintus, Sextus, Septimus, Octavius etc... ending with an -a if you're a girl.

Yeah for all the work it takes to make potatoes and butter, mashed potatoes should probably be a crock-pot kind of thing. Could be an alternative three sister stew, unless jason actively wants to avoid "alternative" anythings.

To maybe avoid the grief stew can sometimes in bowls, maybe limit how many servings are in one to one?
