[MOD] Select game server when game is starting

Hey! Using the free time during a boring lecture at the university, I created a small modification that allows you to select the server without having to manually change the settings files.

Thanks to the modification we can choose the server from the drop-down list. In my opinion, it is a much more convenient solution.
We can also add your own server list.

It is not a big deal, but if someone is interested, he can download modification from:
https://github.com/AwixStudio/1H1LMods

After downloading, paste the files into the main game folder.

I switch servers a lot so this is very useful, thanks! Useful features if you're interested in developing this further would be to show the latency of the servers and/or how many players are online on each server via http://onehouronelife.com/reflector/ser … ion=report
