How long does it take when you wont spawn in a city?

if i am an eve that died of old age.

Eve who dies of old age always ends up in a city. If you're tired of playing city life you either need to suicide as eve or leave the town.

btw if your an eve that died of old age and you already spawned in a city and you die again of old age do you still spawn back in a city?

Sometimes, sometimes not. I've hit the same village like seven times in a row and other times I sort of float around to different villages on each of my spawns.
