For me it depends if he wrote the message himself or used an online translator. The second thing would be kinda hypocrite, expecting players to learn it to use in play.

So many of the other game updates are just a description of the new content added, jason makes an effort to make something that is actually interesting to read and that's the response you have...

Omg I didn't even realize it was morse code. I thought Jason didn't have time to write an update so he just put in some filler symbols or he copy pasted and Steam messed up the transcoding or something. lol I'm so dense.

I'm hoping this is just like how the car update came along.

Week one: Newcomen pump
Week two: Newcomen attachments added, kerosene, etc.
Week three: Newcomen Lathe, diesel engine, car.

While yes I do agree this week was essentially making a big dumb toy (not even a very good toy) it can lead to the next steps of the process towards actual radios and what not. I'd assume he's going to expand off of this in the next few weeks and not just leave us with something incredibly useless.
